[LCSH]Industry -- Economic aspectsKeywords: Suning,
profit modelAbstract: Based on the rapid development of China's economy, China's home appliance retail industry has experienced a development stage from scratch. Today, the retail market of the home appliance industry has also transformed from the original fragmented and free layout to many large home appliance retailers such as Suning and Gome. It can be seen that the industry has entered a mature stage, but in the course of development of the industry, many problems remain unresolved. With the widespread application of information technology, the use of Internet technology in people's daily production and life is becoming more and more frequent, which has also brought new changes to the development of many enterprises. The most obvious change is the change in the way people consume and the way companies sell, that is, e-commerce has begun to flourish. By the end of 2015, the size of the global e-commerce market reached 1,465.2 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 20% over 2014, and the development prospects are good. Driven by the development of the global e-commerce market, China's e-commerce market is also in a state of rapid development, and many companies have also begun to participate in the e-commerce wave. In recent years, the development of China's retail industry is basically based on online sales of e-commerce. Competition between industries has also shifted the focus of sales from physical store sales to Internet retailing, and the operation of physical stores has also been affected to some extent. Many companies fail to achieve sustained profitability. The development of e-commerce is just a flash, and many companies are even bankrupt. The reason is that it did not find a suitable profit model. The profit model is not a short-term responsive development method, but an overall strategy that helps the company continue to steadily obtain economic profits. The essence of competition between enterprises is the comparison of profit models. To maintain high-speed and stable development, the essential basic idea is to formulate a practical and effective profit model. Therefore, how to choose a profit model that suits the actual needs and actual conditions of enterprises has become the focus of management of many e-commerce companies. Suning and some of Gome's large companies, which focus on the retail business, have begun to try to change their strategies to ensure their sustainable development capabilities. Among them, Suning, as a leader in the development of the retail industry, obviously has an advantage over other e-commerce companies. At present, Suning has more than 6,000 physical stores, and its cloud business model also appropriately resolves the contradiction between physical stores and online sales. The model also provides new ideas for the development of the retail industry. Representative and researchable value.
This article introduces the research background, meaning and content of this article. The previous literature on the research of corporate profit models is reviewed, and the research ideas and methods are summarized. Find out the problems existing in Suning's current profit model, further optimize and improve the profit model to effectively solve the problems in Suning's existing profit model, and provide a reference model for optimizing the profits of other similar companies.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28029 SIU IS.
Find out the problems existing in Suning's current profit model, further optimize and improve the profit model to effectively solve the problems in Suning's existing profit model, and provide a reference model for optimizing the profits of other similar companies.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28029 Hold

This phenomenon is not only in our country, but in the whole world. It has not found a way to truly eliminate it. These financial frauds will have an indelible impact on the security market, and it takes a long time to recover. Not only is it eroding the interests of investors. And it is not conducive to the use of social facilities. Therefore, we should strengthen the research on financial fraud, and take early prevention. We should strengthen the prevention and control of such financial fraud in our country. To promote the healthy and fair development of the security market.
This paper takes Xintai electric financial fraud as an example. First of all, it introduces its fraud cases, and then analyzes the means of its fraud, including four aspects: the reduction of accounts receivable, the preparation of less bad debts, the use of tax incentives and less material cost. After that, the two aspects of financial statements and financial indicators are also analyzed, including the changes in the assets and liabilities items, the composition, the profit table, the internal logical connection between the cash flow statement, the analysis and comparison of the operation ability and profitability of the same industry. Secondly, using the theory of fraudulent risk factors to analyze the motivation of the financial fraud of Xintai electric, we find the lack of legal awareness of the integrity of the company's internal managers. Secondly, in order to go on the market and to keep the market after the market, it is due to the performance of the company in order to protect the city. Counterfeiting is not easy to find, and the punishment is very low after being discovered. All factors combined together make Xintai electric successfully cheat. Finally, aiming at the emergence of fraud, according to the motivation of fraud, we put forward some measures, such as strengthening moral quality construction, introducing external supervisors, high reputation independent directors, implementing audit rotation system and improving illegal costs.
The Xintai electric event has an important significance in the history of the development of China's security market. The in-depth study of the Xintai electric event can play a vigilant role in other companies that have not been fraudulent. In addition, through the study of financial fraud and other behaviors, it is beneficial to the scientific development of the capital market. It is beneficial to establish effective protection mechanism for investors. The acquisition has become a great way for companies to improve resources and optimize organizational structures. As a key support industry, the number of enterprises in the Internet industry is growing rapidly, and mergers and acquisitions between enterprises have become an effective way for the development of the industry. Internet mergers and acquisitions in developed countries have a long history of research, forming a more mature theoretical basis and systematic research methods and means. However, the theoretical research on Internet merger and acquisition in China is not mature enough, and the academic circles are not sure whether the merger and acquisition can bring positive financial performance to the Internet enterprises. Therefore, to explore the motivation of Internet mergers and acquisitions, and correctly evaluate the impact of Internet mergers and acquisitions on financial performance, not only can enrich the theoretical research of Internet mergers and acquisitions in China, but also provide some principles, bases and strategies for the further development of Internet enterprises in China. It is also of practical significance to guide Chinese Internet enterprises to carry out mergers and acquisitions better. Impairment of GoodwillAbstract: With the sustained and steady growth of China's economy, residents' disposable income has been steadily increasing, and their consumption capacity and desire for cultural products have been continuously enhanced. In recent years, more and more film and television enterprises expand the industrial chain through mergers and acquisitions, layout of new media, and achieve diversified development. Although mergers and acquisitions can expand the scale of the company, optimize the allocation of resources, and accelerate the growth of the enterprise, the merger and acquisition process is full of risks, information asymmetry, unreasonable valuation, etc., and the difficulty of merger and integration will make the enterprise struggling, or even lead to the failure of the merger and acquisition. In mergers and acquisitions, cultural media enterprises mainly buy liquid assets (intangible assets), such as copyright, trademark right, brand, franchise, etc., all of which are difficult to be valued reasonably. Therefore, it is very difficult to reflect it in the book. Therefore, enterprises adopt performance commitment in M &A to protect the interests of investors and owners and reduce M &A risks. However, most of the performance promises are made in the context of predicting the future profits of the acquired enterprises. Due to the uncertainties in the future, there are many problems in the process of fulfilling the performance promises.
Based on a comprehensive search and review of relevant theories on M&A performance commitment of listed companies in the media industry and relevant research literature on Hua Yi Brothers' M&A of Dong yang Mei La, this paper combines theory with practice by comprehensively applying literature research method and case analysis method. First of all, the relevant important theories are briefly summarized. Then, simply introduces the general process of Hua Yi Brothers M&A, and from the M&A motives, the processing of merger goodwill and goodwill impairment to the performance, the influence of root impairment, etc., to study the Hua Yi Brothers M&A Dong yang Mei la, explore the problems of merger and acquisition and reorganization of listed companies goodwill processing, in view of the problem put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. Finally, the case of Hua Yi brothers acquiring Dong yang Mei la is summarized.
Through this research, this paper holds that the main reasons for the difficulties of performance commitment fulfillment in M&A and restructuring of listed companies in the media industry are three aspects: high premium and high valuation bring high performance commitment, risk of goodwill impairment and the own attributes of cultural media products. Enterprises should pay attention to the maintenance of core advantages in the process of industrial chain layout, raise and use funds reasonably, and do a good job in the integration after merger and acquisition.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28035 SIU IS.
Enterprises should pay attention to the maintenance of core advantages in the process of industrial chain layout, raise and use funds reasonably, and do a good job in the integration after merger and acquisition.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28035 Hold
