And tourists’ purchasing ICH souvenir can promote safeguarding ICH. To predict customer behavior, it is necessary to understand the customers’ intention. However it was found that very little research had been conducted regarding the relationship between purchase intention for ICH souvenir and its antecedents. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of perceived value dimensions on purchase intention and the moderating role of attitude towards safeguarding ICH between them. This study conducted an empirical study on ICH souvenir in Xi’an city.
The finding indicated that the five perceived values namely perceived functional value, epistemic value, self-efficacy value, relationship support value and price value had significant impacts on purchase intention for ICH souvenir. By hierarchy regression tests, the findings also showed attitude towards safeguarding ICH did not play moderating role between perceived functional value, epistemic value, self-efficacy value, relationship support value and purchase intention; but played a moderating role between perceived price value and purchase intention for ICH souvenir. The findings provided valuable information for tourism enterprises and government agencies. When developing, designing or selling ICH souvenir, it is necessary to fully explore the value of ICH souvenir from various angles and show its charm; to propagate the protection and development of ICH to tourists.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28039 SIU Thesis. Long-Term CapacityAbstract: At present, the competition in automotive industry is highly competitive, plus, most of SMEs cannot survive by merely relying on their source of production. Hence, using contractor is considered an effective strategy for handling the competition. Therefore, we created a questionnaire researching on our target group, which included individuals involving in automotive parts industry. This is to study 1) factors that influence decision-making of SME entrepreneurs and executives to change their current manufacturing system to Flexible Automation System (FAS) by using outsourcing, as well as, 2) logics and aspects of entrepreneurs and executives who propose the idea of changing the current system to FAS to procure and create a model of FAS Maturity. We found that executives whom proceeded the process all by themselves required higher capital and they also had confidence that they could handle the changing of products easily and rapidly. Moreover, the integration in cost unit was also low. On the other hand, if they used outsourcing, no capital was needed. However, it was in exchange for a long period of planning and if there were any changes, they had to not affect overall supply chain of the contractor. Plus, the cost unit of this way was higher than the other mentioned. At the same time, we discovered that investment factors of entrepreneurs in the target group were in high level. When considering topic by topic, it showed that the main point was to recognize manufacturing policy that the government would support SMEs in any kinds of investment. For example, the industry policy of Thailand 4.0 and the S Curve direction have both direct and indirect effects on executives’ decision-making in seeking manufacturing involving FAS and it is found that government support have a direct effect in positive to long-term capacity and the statistical significance is at the level of 0.01 and path coefficient has the highest value at 0.785. For problems in this research, we surveyed the target group in the supply chain of automotive parts industry. The significant finding illustrated that factors that mostly affect entrepreneurs’ decision-making are competitive factors in quality, price, durability and quantity or flexibility of flexible automation system. However, an external factor that matters is Thailand’s 20-year strategy, which mentioned that the government will support automotive industry
As a result, this research found that executives should have standards to manage internal issues, such as improvement processes, before relying on any external factors. Thus, they can succeed in making a decision whether they need Flexible Automation System procurement outsourcing.
Structural equation model have Influencing to A Decision Making Model for outsourcing Flexible Automation System(FAS)in automotive Industry to SMEs Entrepreneurs and Executives in Thailand , found that the components of all 5 factors of latent variable the Process Improvement, Government Support, Long-Term Capacity ,Competitive Priority ,Adopting Flexible Automation and Confirmatory model of the variable question is consistent with the empirical data which can be considered from 2 = 275.34, df = 251, p-value = 0.13952, RMSEA = 0.018, GFI =0.936 และ AGFI = 0.911
In conclusion, every question has passed the criteria and can be used to analyze the SEM of the research. Comparative analysis methodAbstract: Under the macro background of post-financial crisis, China's cross-border e-commerce has achieved rapid and strong development. However, the stagnation of cross-border logistics limits the further development of cross-border e-commerce. At this time, the emergence of a new logistics model, overseas warehouse, effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional cross-border logistics model, such as long distribution cycle, high cost of return and exchange, and so on.
This paper takes the overseas warehouse as the research object, and tries to explore how to choose the overseas warehouse mode of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Based on the analysis of the background of the rise of overseas positions, with the help of charts and charts, this paper analyzes the current development situation of the main overseas warehouse models in China (self-built overseas warehouse, FBA overseas warehouse, third party overseas warehouse), compares and analyzes their respective characteristics, and summarizes their respective advantages and disadvantages. Then from the macro and micro levels to study the main factors that affect the choice of overseas warehouse model. It is concluded that the macro influencing factors are the environment of the target market area, the national support policy to the overseas warehouse, and the micro influencing factors are the logistics cost and the strategy of the logistics system. Status, etc. It is concluded that the main factors that affect the choice of overseas warehouse mode are distribution cost, warehousing cost, safety and convenience, and summarize the experience and lessons in the process of overseas warehouse selection. Finally, on the basis of the above research, three types of enterprises suitable for overseas warehouse model and integrated overseas warehouse model are summarized respectively. Cross-border e-commerce enterprises suitable for Amazon FBA model include enterprises that have just begun to dabble in overseas warehouse business, small and medium-sized enterprises that lack popularity and overseas warehouse operators, and enterprises operating consumer durables. Cross-border e-commerce enterprises suitable for building their own overseas warehouse model include large brand-aware consumables. Enterprises, the enterprises that formulate the localization management strategy and the large enterprises with the particularity of the management products; the medium-sized enterprises which are suitable for the third-party overseas warehouse model, which have the middle brand awareness, the large product sales volume and the low added value of the products; the cross-border e-commerce enterprises suitable for the comprehensive overseas warehouse model are enterprises with large scale, strong logistics management ability and diversified product types.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28101 SIU IS.
Enterprises, the enterprises that formulate the localization management strategy and the large enterprises with the particularity of the management products; the medium-sized enterprises which are suitable for the third-party overseas warehouse model, which have the middle brand awareness, the large product sales volume and the low added value of the products; the cross-border e-commerce enterprises suitable for the comprehensive overseas warehouse model are enterprises with large scale, strong logistics management ability and diversified product types.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28101 Hold

SWOT analysisAbstract: In recent years, more and more negative events of infant milk powder have been exposed in Chinese media. Chinese people have serious doubts about the quality and safety of domestic milk, which seriously hinders the development process of China's dairy products. There are many problems in the business activities of dairy enterprises. When the number of products sold decreases, the inventory will be piled up, which is likely to cause the risk of cash flow chain breaking. In order to help dairy enterprises get out of the low period of development, Chinese government agencies have issued a series of supporting policies in recent years, such as the outline of the plan for rectifying and revitalizing the dairy industry, which will lead the industry to a new stage of adjustment and development. On January 9, 2017, the national dairy industry development 2016-2020 plan put forward higher requirements for the future development of dairy industry, bringing the public's attention to the dairy industry again. In order to help the management of Yili Group more clearly understand its business status, asset liability structure and profitability, this paper uses Harvard analysis framework to analyze the financial status of the enterprise from multiple dimensions. With the trend of global economic integration, enterprises are facing many unpredictable challenges and opportunities In the face of new challenges and opportunities, the biggest challenge is how to improve the senior management in the international business information as the vision of the environment, to make a rapid response to the changing market, to make judgments on the new growth of profit changes, to monitor the financial situation in real time.
On the basis of combing the current situation of foreign research in China, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the financial statements of Yili Group by using the concept of Harvard analysis framework. At the level of strategic analysis, SWOT analysis is mainly used. It is found that: Yili Group has certain advantages in raw materials, strategic pattern, management and operation, and brand; it has disadvantages in fierce competition for milk resources, serious brain drain, and insufficient individualization and specialization of products; Yili Group's strategic opportunities are reflected in broad market prospects, stable external environment, emerging sales channels, and optimized product structure; strategy The threat comes from the severe market supervision, the threat of potential entrants and the substitutability of potential substitutes. At the level of accounting analysis, through the quality of accounting information, we can understand Yili Group. At the financial analysis level, through the calculation of cost profit rate, sales gross profit rate and return on net assets, the enterprise's profitability is obtained; the analysis of asset liability ratio, shareholder's equity ratio, current ratio and quick ratio shows that the enterprise's debt paying ability is weak at present but will be improved in the future; accounts receivable turnover rate, inventory turnover rate, current assets turnover rate and fixed assets The change of turnover rate shows that the operating capacity of Yili Group maintains a better level of strength; the fluctuation of each growth rate reflects that the current growth capacity of Yili Group is relatively unstable, but the prospect is broad. Through the Harvard analysis framework, it is found that Yili Group is facing severe market competition pressure, product differentiation is not prominent enough, the short-term solvency of the enterprise is weak, the growth ability is not stable, the product quality is good and bad, but the overall development of the enterprise is good and the prospect is broad.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28110 SIU IS. Green CreditAbstract: Based on the background of green credit, this paper empirically tests the correlation between the quality of corporate environmental disclosure information and debt financing ability. This paper takes the environmental information disclosure in the social responsibility report (or other dependent report) of the listed companies in the eight major heavily polluting industries in Shanghai stock market as the research content. First, the scoring project and the scoring rules of environmental disclosure information were established. After reading the social responsibility report and its independent report, the score was manually collected. This score indicates the level of environmental information disclosure. Then choose short-term borrowing increment, long-term borrowing increment and total borrowing increment as explanatory variables to explore the correlation between environmental disclosure information level and debt financing. Then, through empirical analysis, regression analysis and other analysis methods, an empirical study was carried out.
The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of environmental information disclosure information and corporate debt financing capacity. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for improving the environmental disclosure information system from the government and enterprise levels to achieve sustainable green development.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28113 SIU IS.
Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for improving the environmental disclosure information system from the government and enterprise levels to achieve sustainable green development.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28113 Hold

Sustainable developmentAbstract: In recent years, the real estate industry has been regarded as a pillar industry of the national economy in China, which has boosted China’s GDP growth. The operational status of the real estate industry can reflect the development of a country’s economy. As the real estate market heats up, the supply and demand in the real estate market have also changed. The change in house prices has become the focus of consumers, affecting the development of the real estate market. Therefore, it is very important to study the supply and demand of the real estate market. This paper takes Fuzhou City in China as an example to study three factors that affect the changes in housing prices in China's real estate industry: GDP, urbanization and local policies. The results of the study indicate that housing prices in Fuzhou are rising, and the reasons for the increase are related to the economic development of the city and local policies and the economic development of the surrounding cities. In order to ensure the stable development of the real estate industry and enable the people to afford the house, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the local government: strengthen the government's real estate management, standardize the housing finance policy, strengthen the land management, and ensure the land supply. In short, the analysis of factors affecting real estate prices will help formulate government policies and promote the healthy and stable development of China's real estate industry.
