profit modelAbstract: Based on the rapid development of China's economy, China's home appliance retail industry has experienced a development stage from scratch. Today, the retail market of the home appliance industry has also transformed from the original fragmented and free layout to many large home appliance retailers such as Suning and Gome. It can be seen that the industry has entered a mature stage, but in the course of development of the industry, many problems remain unresolved. With the widespread application of information technology, the use of Internet technology in people's daily production and life is becoming more and more frequent, which has also brought new changes to the development of many enterprises. The most obvious change is the change in the way people consume and the way companies sell, that is, e-commerce has begun to flourish. By the end of 2015, the size of the global e-commerce market reached 1,465.2 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 20% over 2014, and the development prospects are good. Driven by the development of the global e-commerce market, China's e-commerce market is also in a state of rapid development, and many companies have also begun to participate in the e-commerce wave. In recent years, the development of China's retail industry is basically based on online sales of e-commerce. Competition between industries has also shifted the focus of sales from physical store sales to Internet retailing, and the operation of physical stores has also been affected to some extent. Many companies fail to achieve sustained profitability. The development of e-commerce is just a flash, and many companies are even bankrupt. The reason is that it did not find a suitable profit model. The profit model is not a short-term responsive development method, but an overall strategy that helps the company continue to steadily obtain economic profits. The essence of competition between enterprises is the comparison of profit models. To maintain high-speed and stable development, the essential basic idea is to formulate a practical and effective profit model. Therefore, how to choose a profit model that suits the actual needs and actual conditions of enterprises has become the focus of management of many e-commerce companies. Suning and some of Gome's large companies, which focus on the retail business, have begun to try to change their strategies to ensure their sustainable development capabilities. Among them, Suning, as a leader in the development of the retail industry, obviously has an advantage over other e-commerce companies. At present, Suning has more than 6,000 physical stores, and its cloud business model also appropriately resolves the contradiction between physical stores and online sales. The model also provides new ideas for the development of the retail industry. Representative and researchable value.
This article introduces the research background, meaning and content of this article. The previous literature on the research of corporate profit models is reviewed, and the research ideas and methods are summarized. Find out the problems existing in Suning's current profit model, further optimize and improve the profit model to effectively solve the problems in Suning's existing profit model, and provide a reference model for optimizing the profits of other similar companies.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28029 SIU IS. [LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Business Model Innovation, Revenue, Sustainability, Non-Profit Art Organization, Organizational Boundary Abstract: The sustainable development of the world's non-profit art institutions is related to the preservation and inheritance of the heritage of human civilization. Business model innovations to build non-profit art organizations to respond to the current precarious living environment. More specifically, this paper proposes a new framework for innovation for nonprofit arts organizations called business model innovation for nonprofit arts organizations. The model is the result of doctoral research that includes several art institutions and non-profit art organizations in the United States, France, and China. Raising the revenue of nonprofit art institutions is crucial, and no art institution is exceptional, there is little literature in the study of actual fundraising strategies for art institutions, and research that focuses primarily on the ethics of revenue sources rather than best practices in other disciplines has always been problematic because the theory it tries to apply does not always apply. There is also little research on the dynamics of local income generation, so there is an urgent need for practical research on this topic, such as data from comparative analysis of sources of income. For this study, data were collected from art institutions such as Nature and the Arts Organization (USA), IMAJ-UNESCO Art Center (France), CGK-Contemporary Art Gallery Kunming, etc. Semi-structured interviews and revenue records of key employees of three representative arts organizations were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Several key findings highlight business model innovation and the direct and indirect benefits of business external partners, Value innovation, nonprofit art organization boundary collaboration is key to revenue and sustainability, and value identification also influences innovation and revenue generation. This study reinforces our knowledge of the economics of non-profit arts organizations. I believe that the sustainability of non-profit arts organizations needs to be combined with their own practices and cultural project innovations. Finally, I make some recommendations that organizational and technological innovation and value creation innovation can improve economic, market, and social performance, which will facilitate the practice and sustainable development of future non-profit arts organizations.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28459 SIU Thesis.
