Xi’an cityAbstract: Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) souvenir is a special one which can meet the Chinese tourists’ cultural and characteristic needs for souvenirs in China. And tourists’ purchasing ICH souvenir can promote safeguarding ICH. To predict customer behavior, it is necessary to understand the customers’ intention. However it was found that very little research had been conducted regarding the relationship between purchase intention for ICH souvenir and its antecedents. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of perceived value dimensions on purchase intention and the moderating role of attitude towards safeguarding ICH between them. This study conducted an empirical study on ICH souvenir in Xi’an city.
The finding indicated that the five perceived values namely perceived functional value, epistemic value, self-efficacy value, relationship support value and price value had significant impacts on purchase intention for ICH souvenir. By hierarchy regression tests, the findings also showed attitude towards safeguarding ICH did not play moderating role between perceived functional value, epistemic value, self-efficacy value, relationship support value and purchase intention; but played a moderating role between perceived price value and purchase intention for ICH souvenir. The findings provided valuable information for tourism enterprises and government agencies. When developing, designing or selling ICH souvenir, it is necessary to fully explore the value of ICH souvenir from various angles and show its charm; to propagate the protection and development of ICH to tourists.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28039 SIU Thesis. [LCSH]Consumer satisfactionKeywords: Ancient City Bed and Breakfast, Behavioral Intention, Customer Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction Abstract: The objectives of this study were to investigate the influence factors of customer perceived value on behavioral intention of ancient city Bed and Breakfast and to put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of ancient city Bed and Breakfast in Lijiang city, Yunnan province, China. The research was a quantitative research and used a convenient sampling with questionnaires to collect data from 400 Chinese tourists who stayed at least one night in Lijiang city’s ancient city Bed and Breakfast. In this study, the researcher used descriptive statistical method to analyze the data, and inferential statistical methods including Person correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis.
The results from the descriptive analysis revealed that the majority of the respondents were female, ages between 26-35 years old, held vocational college or undergraduate, and monthly income between 6,001-8,000 yuan in CNY. In addition, the respondents usually booked the ancient city Bed and Breakfast through the third-party network platforms, most of whom were the first time to stay, and would choose to stay for 4-7 days. 40 percent of the respondents would choose the accommodation price between 200-400 yuan per day.
The results also revealed that five dimensions of customer perceived value had a significant influence on behavioral intention. Among the five dimensions, emotional value was the most important factor influencing tourists’ choice for the stay at ancient city Bed and Breakfast, followed by service value, cultural cognitive value, social value and functional value. Also, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on behavioral intention. The results also revealed that four dimensions of customer perceived value had a significant influence on customer satisfaction, where emotional value had the greatest significant influence on customer satisfaction, followed by functional value, social value and service value. Therefore, the enhancement of customer perceived value would help improve customer satisfaction and establish positive behavioral intention on customers.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28538 SIU Thesis. TrustAbstract: Psychological counseling plays an important role in college students' mental health education, but there is little research on the impact of psychological counseling on College Students' mental health. There are fewer studies on the role of College Students' trust in psychological counseling. The author found that there are still some gaps in the research on the trust and effect of College Students' psychological counseling. Hill's process effect model holds that psychological counseling is a process of mutual circulation and interaction formed by the Counselor's intention, the counselor's response, visitor's response, and visitor's behavior. This process causes visitors to change and finally achieve the counseling effect. In this model, the response and behavior of visitors are determined by a person's personality traits. However, there are few studies on the relationship between personality traits and psychological counseling effects in China. Therefore, the author attempts to study this field, explore the important role of trust in psychological counseling, and provide a theoretical and practical basis for strengthening the management and effect of psychological counseling. This study attempts to study the relationship between psychological counseling trust and counseling effect through personality traits. Using the convenient sampling method, from August 2020 to December 2020, five colleges and universities in Shanxi Consulting Center randomly accepted college students' counseling. The questionnaire survey used college students' psychological counseling Trust Scale (TCS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire short-form scale Chinese Version (epq-rsc). The consultants were evaluated by the self-evaluation satisfaction scale of consulting effect.
The analysis of this study shows that there is a significant correlation between College Students' trust and personality traits, and between personality traits and the effect of psychological counseling. The ability and reliability of practitioners in trust enter the regression equation, which well explains the effect of psychological counseling; At the same time, a multiple regression analysis was made on the trust degree and counseling effect of psychological counseling mediated by personality traits. The results showed that: the practitioner competence indirectly affects the counseling effect through personality traits, and the proportion of mediating effect in the total effect is 9.07% However, industry standardization and goodwill found that the total effect was not significant in the process of intermediary effect test and Sobel test, so the intermediary effect of personality traits in industry standardization and goodwill in predicting counseling effect was not significant. Therefore, personality traits do play an intermediary role between counseling trust and counseling effect. Consulting trust can directly affect the consulting effect, or it can affect the consulting effect through other intermediary variables.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28451 SIU Thesis.
