This study investigates the factors affecting the physicians’ satisfaction with clinical laboratory services of 5-7 big and medium-sized private laboratories in Mandalay, to find out the problems causing dissatisfaction in different factors and identify the areas need to improve in laboratory process. The study measured satisfaction of laboratories’ primary customer (physicians) of provided services in different aspects including the quality and reliability of the result, the efficiency of laboratory personnel, laboratory management responsiveness, phlebotomy service , turnaround time TAT and laboratory information system. Physician satisfaction paper-based survey of 5-Likert Scale, (1=very satisfied, 2=satisfied, 3=neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 4= dissatisfied, and 5= very dissatisfied) was developed based on the CAP survey (College of American Pathologists) and related published studies. One hundred and five physicians complete the survey. The result shows that, there are significant correlations between physicians’ satisfaction with the other four independent variables (service attitude of laboratory personnel, phlebotomy service, quality and reliability of results, and efficiency of laboratory personnel). More than half of the respondents were satisfied with overall laboratory services (N=62 (59.05%). Physicians were most satisfied with lab information system (easy & clear report and reference range reported).
However, physicians were most dissatisfied with the test turnaround times (TAT) for urgent, and routine tests. Statistically significant association was mostly observed between physician satisfaction and service length. This study presented areas need to improve of laboratory services at the private laboratories in Mandalay, which mainly related to administration, communication, quality and delay in TAT. The efficiency and optimization of laboratory service need to be readdressed by the laboratory administration. Effective extra laboratory communication channels needed to be established to improve interaction between laboratory and physicians.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27609 SIU IS. Likewise, after television outdoor media is also given preference. Therefore looking at the current scenario, advertisement in social media such as YouTube, Facebook can also create a lot of influence amongst people of all age groups. SWOT analysisAbstract: In recent years, more and more negative events of infant milk powder have been exposed in Chinese media. Chinese people have serious doubts about the quality and safety of domestic milk, which seriously hinders the development process of China's dairy products. There are many problems in the business activities of dairy enterprises. When the number of products sold decreases, the inventory will be piled up, which is likely to cause the risk of cash flow chain breaking. In order to help dairy enterprises get out of the low period of development, Chinese government agencies have issued a series of supporting policies in recent years, such as the outline of the plan for rectifying and revitalizing the dairy industry, which will lead the industry to a new stage of adjustment and development. On January 9, 2017, the national dairy industry development 2016-2020 plan put forward higher requirements for the future development of dairy industry, bringing the public's attention to the dairy industry again. In order to help the management of Yili Group more clearly understand its business status, asset liability structure and profitability, this paper uses Harvard analysis framework to analyze the financial status of the enterprise from multiple dimensions. With the trend of global economic integration, enterprises are facing many unpredictable challenges and opportunities In the face of new challenges and opportunities, the biggest challenge is how to improve the senior management in the international business information as the vision of the environment, to make a rapid response to the changing market, to make judgments on the new growth of profit changes, to monitor the financial situation in real time.
On the basis of combing the current situation of foreign research in China, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the financial statements of Yili Group by using the concept of Harvard analysis framework. At the level of strategic analysis, SWOT analysis is mainly used. It is found that: Yili Group has certain advantages in raw materials, strategic pattern, management and operation, and brand; it has disadvantages in fierce competition for milk resources, serious brain drain, and insufficient individualization and specialization of products; Yili Group's strategic opportunities are reflected in broad market prospects, stable external environment, emerging sales channels, and optimized product structure; strategy The threat comes from the severe market supervision, the threat of potential entrants and the substitutability of potential substitutes. At the level of accounting analysis, through the quality of accounting information, we can understand Yili Group. At the financial analysis level, through the calculation of cost profit rate, sales gross profit rate and return on net assets, the enterprise's profitability is obtained; the analysis of asset liability ratio, shareholder's equity ratio, current ratio and quick ratio shows that the enterprise's debt paying ability is weak at present but will be improved in the future; accounts receivable turnover rate, inventory turnover rate, current assets turnover rate and fixed assets The change of turnover rate shows that the operating capacity of Yili Group maintains a better level of strength; the fluctuation of each growth rate reflects that the current growth capacity of Yili Group is relatively unstable, but the prospect is broad. Through the Harvard analysis framework, it is found that Yili Group is facing severe market competition pressure, product differentiation is not prominent enough, the short-term solvency of the enterprise is weak, the growth ability is not stable, the product quality is good and bad, but the overall development of the enterprise is good and the prospect is broad.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28110 SIU IS. Acquisition performanceAbstract: With the rapid development and popularization of information technology, the integration degree of traditional tourism and mobile Internet is gradually deepened. The support of national policy orientation has created a good environment for the vigorous development of internet tourism industry. Development has brought new opportunities and challenges, and competition has become a new topic for online tourism. In order to seize the market share, online tourism enterprises adopt the mode of burning money at the expense of profit. But this is no different from drinking poison to quench thirst, which is not conducive to the long-term development of the industry. People are more and more aware of the urgency of resource integration and merger. How to promote merger activities and obtain positive excess earnings is a new challenge for online tourism enterprises. In 2015, the capital market entered the wave of merger and industrial integration. Among the numerous merger cases in the internet tourism industry, the merger cases of Ctrip and qunar are particularly typical, which are widely concerned by the market and the public. Together to promote the online tourism market to restore rationality, crazy burning money mode has ended. Enterprises will strive to optimize customer service and improve innovation ability. This not only promotes the development of online tourism, but also provides reference for other enterprises in the same industry.

Based on the theoretical research of merger performance, this paper analyzes the financial performance before and after merger by using single financial indicators such as solvency, operating ability and profitability. Finally, from the perspective of non-financial, this paper studies the website traffic, brand effect and market share. On this basis, a conclusion is drawn and reasonable suggestions are put forward. Relational EquityAbstract: Customer equity is increasingly being considered as a market-based asset that can improve financial performance and market valuation of firms. There has been a trend within organizations to design internal processes which can facilitate maximal achievement of customer equity. From a managerial perspective, it is important to know how such processes come together to influence equity perceptions of the firm’s customers. This dissertation examines the role of different types of salesperson behaviors on building and managing customer equity drivers. It is proposed that customers develop positive attitudes towards different value drivers through developed trust by different salesperson behaviors. Specifically, it is hypothesized that customer behavior affects customers’ perceptions of brand value, product value and relationship value; the customer behavior in turn is affected by different salesperson behaviors, namely, adaptive selling, customer oriented, selling oriented and un/ethical behaviors. Thus, this dissertation integrates selling behaviors literature with customer equity literature.
This dissertation builds on past literature and proposes a conceptual model using three independent variable i.e. adaptive selling, customer orientation, selling behavior and ethical behavior and with one dependent variable customer equity. Descriptive research design is used for investigating the role of salesperson as a mediator in the relationships between selling behaviors and customer equity drivers. The research design uses a dyadic sampling design where data for independent variables and dependent variables are collected from the customers of Bhatbhateni Supermarket.
The results support the meditational role of salesperson in the relationship between selling behaviors and customer equity drivers. They also support the hypothesis that different selling behaviors have different effects on customer equity drivers. This research provides significant theoretical and managerial implications. It provides the existing body of literature with a different perspective on customer equity management. Managerially, it provides newer insights to sales managers of the effects of relational selling behaviors.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=26940 SIU IS. Green CreditAbstract: Based on the background of green credit, this paper empirically tests the correlation between the quality of corporate environmental disclosure information and debt financing ability. This paper takes the environmental information disclosure in the social responsibility report (or other dependent report) of the listed companies in the eight major heavily polluting industries in Shanghai stock market as the research content. First, the scoring project and the scoring rules of environmental disclosure information were established. After reading the social responsibility report and its independent report, the score was manually collected. This score indicates the level of environmental information disclosure. Then choose short-term borrowing increment, long-term borrowing increment and total borrowing increment as explanatory variables to explore the correlation between environmental disclosure information level and debt financing. Then, through empirical analysis, regression analysis and other analysis methods, an empirical study was carried out.
The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of environmental information disclosure information and corporate debt financing capacity. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for improving the environmental disclosure information system from the government and enterprise levels to achieve sustainable green development.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28113 SIU IS.
