[LCSH]Performance -- EvaluationKeywords: Bedroom company, Performance evaluation, Supplier Abstract: The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the research questions, research goals, research scope and significance of our research, and introduces the relevant professional terms in the article. The second chapter introduces the theory of supplier performance evaluation and optimization, as well as the theory of supplier grading. It provides a theoretical basis for us to establish a new supplier evaluation system. The third chapter introduces the principle and analysis process of data envelopment analysis, which is the main research method used in this paper. A mathematical model of CCR is also established to analyze the effectiveness of supplier supply. Use this to select better suppliers.
The fourth chapter introduces the selection system of supplier analysis indicators, and analyzes the data collected by the company. The data of Southern Bedroom Company was used to separate out the effectiveness of each supplier's supply through the CCR model, and select high-quality suppliers from it. The main conclusion of Chapter 5: This article has established a set of quantitative and qualitative index dimensions in the supplier evaluation system, and has good applicability and adjustability of actual evaluation attributes according to different types of materials.
This article uses the DEA method to obtain an index result for performance evaluation. Southern Bedroom Company can perform corresponding hierarchical management on suppliers based on the result, which is convenient for subsequent optimization management.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28025 SIU IS.
