Due to the price of gold no longer pegged to the dollar, the price began to change radically. Because the gold has both the goods attribute and the monetary attribute, its pricing mechanism is also different from ordinary commodities. Therefore, the price of gold has also become the focus of attention and research of scholars in the world. Since the plunge of the international gold price 2013, the gold price still does not back to the high position. With the changes of the international situation in recent years: Britain quit EU, Syria War, Trade war of USA and China. There has been one rising trend of the international gold price in the international gold market. Thus, it is meaningful to analyze the influence factors of the international gold price and predict the price trend in the future.
This paper firstly analyzes the various factors of the international gold price from the view of theory. Then the study mainly chooses five variables which are most related to the current situation to do empirical study. They are international crude oil price, US dollar index, EUR exchange rate, GBP exchange rate and Renminbi exchange rate. This paper selects the monthly data of them from 1998.01-2017.12 to do multiple linear regression analysis and set up regression model. According to the empirical study, the study finds some influence factors of the international gold price. In the end of paper, the study simply predicts the trend of the international gold price and provide some recommendations for investors, gold producers, gold merchants by combining the current actual situation with the results of empirical study.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27772 SIU IS. Since Bitcoin began trading in Japan, the United States, China, and other countries in 2010, under the wave of the rapid development of Internet financial products, Bitcoin transactions have been active since 2013, and transaction prices have shown a dangerous upward trend. Since there is no limit on the ups and downs, and 24 hours of uninterrupted trading is possible, the market price of Bitcoin rises rapidly accompanied by large free fluctuations in prices. At the same time, China quickly became the most significant trading country for Bitcoin. In just one month in November 2013, the trading price of Bitcoin promptly rose from around 1,200 yuan to more than 8,000 yuan. In 2013, the price of Bitcoin rose more than 90 times.
This paper conducts an empirical study of the perception and willingness of Chinese Bitcoin investors. This study aims to study the motivations that may influence the willingness of Chinese investors to invest in Bitcoin, as well as the investor's intention, from a theoretical and practical perspective. The sample size is 438 respondents. This study used a semi-structured questionnaire to collect sample data. The researchers used descriptive statistics and influential statistics, including Descriptive analysis, Significance test of difference, Correlation analysis, and Regression analysis to test the relationship of variables and test hypotheses.
The study found that the majority of respondents were male, aged between 18-25 and 26-35. Financial professionals and technology industry have the largest number of respondents in terms of career distribution. The finding also found that there is a significant positive correlation between investors' willingness to invest in Bitcoin and Chinese investors' perception of Bitcoin, and there is a significant negative correlation between investor's will and government regulation. The survey also showed that investors with different levels of education have significant differences in their willingness to invest in Bitcoin. It can be concluded that the higher the educational level and perception of respondents, the higher the willingness of investors to invest in Bitcoin; the lower the government's regulation of Bitcoin, the higher the willingness of investors to invest in Bitcoin.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28117 SIU IS. Therefore this study reveals the relational factors between employers and employees that could build the relationship even stronger and helps to engage the employees more. There are many research and articles that focus on the psychological contract and explains how it can enhance the relationship between the employer and employees. This study focus on building the concept of psychological contract and considering the qualities of psychological contract as a cognitive response to influence the employee engagement.
This research includes 86 respondents where responses were collected from online method. Among the 86 respondents participated in this study, 48 were female and 38 were male. The data are analyzed using the statistical tools and various hypotheses are tested in order to determine their significance. The analyses of data are performed with the help of descriptive analysis. The analysis resulted that all the null hypotheses are accepted expect the null hypothesis concerned with compassion. Accordingly, the significant relationship of responses like respect, fairness and leader’s influence make an impact on the employee engagement, where the employers of nonprofit organizations seem to lack with compassion towards employees and more system driven.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27363 SIU IS.
