[LCSH]Research and developmentKeywords: Improvisation, Shared Mental Model, Innovation Performance, Research and Development staff Abstract: The effect of staff improvisation on their innovation performance wasn't clarified. This thesis draws on the emerging related literature and mixed research method to study R&D staff improvisation. The result of qualitative analysis identify the connotation of R&D staff improvisation. Responses from 348 staff in the high-tech enterprises were used to analyze the relationship between staff improvisation and firm innovation performance, as well as the moderating effect of shared mental models. Results of quantitative analysis indicate that R&D staff improvisation has a positive influence on innovation performance by allowing staff to respond to unexpected challenges through spontaneously behavior, creativity intention and utilizing available resource. Further, increasing degrees of team shared mental models (both assignment-based sharing and cooperation-based sharing) basically enhance this relationship by sharing other team member knowledge, confidence and by real-time interactions etc. The results offer guidance to managers to improve the innovation performance of enterprise. Moreover, the present paper provides directions for future research on improvisation. Future research is encouraged to investigate factors that may help organization to stimulate R&D staff improvisation for innovative. Social structures create vulnerability to natural hazards and governments are often seen as responsible for the effects of disasters. This research tried to highlight the effects of disasters on housing and livelihood management on selected urban and rural areas of Nepal after the earthquake. It is because both urban and rural areas are always hard hit by the disasters like earthquake however, rural areas are still unable to generate strong insight for disaster prevention. Thus this paper tried to investigate the disaster prevention strategies being followed in both urban rural areas and the analysis of roles played by different stakeholders in promoting the implementation of disaster prevention strategies in selected urban and rural areas of Nepal. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collected is implemented to understand the knowledge of disaster management at present, the emerging issues in reconstruction and the roles played by different stakeholders to solve the issues and promote the disaster prevention in rural community of Nepal. The factors affecting tourism consumption of different groups are also different. This paper studies the factors affecting college students' tourism consumption through questionnaire and interview. This paper uses SEM to verify the relationship between Chinese university students' tourism decision-making and self-efficacy, savings values and family function. At the same time, interview is used to understand college students' Tourism habits and consumption values.
The results show that there is a significant relationship between university students' tourism decision-making and self-efficacy, saving values and family function. According to the research results, combined with the characteristics of Chinese college students, recommend tourism enterprises: 1. Grasp the key consumers in college students. 2. Provide more liberalization options for college students. 3. Launch a variety of tourism products to meet the needs of college students. 4. The price of tourism products is reasonable. 5. [LCSH]Hospital -- China
[LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Organizational Environmental, Innovative Behavior, Affective Commitment, Chinese’s Nurse Abstract: Innovation is the driving force behind the development of hospitals. Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.
This study will further enrich the relevant theories of nurses’ innovative behavior. At the same time, it helps managers take adequate measures to the organizational environment of the hospital to stimulate innovative behavior of nurses.

Taking scholars in the field of intelligence science as the sample object of empirical analysis, the data of co-author papers and academic performance evaluation indicators of 460 scholars were collected. Combined with data analysis and relevant data, the conclusions of this study mainly include:
(1) This study proposes to describe the collaboration network from the perspectives of collaboration network position (NP) and network role (NR), and designs the measurement model of academic collaboration network. (2) Based on the research status of academic performance evaluation, a measurement model of academic performance is designed. (3) The SEM of the relationship between academic collaboration network and academic performance is constructed.
Finally, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to build academic collaboration network and how to improve academic performance with the help of academic collaboration network. At the same time, through the path analysis of the SEM of the relationship between academic collaboration network and academic performance, this study confirms the impact mechanism of collaboration network on academic performance, and establishes an academic performance evaluation model based on collaboration network (CNI), and provides a reference for academic performance evaluation.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28419 SIU Thesis. This paper builds and verifies the theoretical model of " IUR collaboration network-organizational learning-Core competitiveness" from the perspective of academic teams of academic institutions,a questionnaire was designed to obtain the data of the collaboration network, organizational learning , Core competitiveness of the academic teams. Through the empirical investigation of the academic team in the Yangtze river delta region of China, the data were collected. Then regression analysis is used to verify the hypothesis and theoretical model, and makes some useful empirical explorations to open the "black box" between the IUR collaboration network and the Core competitiveness of organizations.
