Green CreditAbstract: Based on the background of green credit, this paper empirically tests the correlation between the quality of corporate environmental disclosure information and debt financing ability. This paper takes the environmental information disclosure in the social responsibility report (or other dependent report) of the listed companies in the eight major heavily polluting industries in Shanghai stock market as the research content. First, the scoring project and the scoring rules of environmental disclosure information were established. After reading the social responsibility report and its independent report, the score was manually collected. This score indicates the level of environmental information disclosure. Then choose short-term borrowing increment, long-term borrowing increment and total borrowing increment as explanatory variables to explore the correlation between environmental disclosure information level and debt financing. Then, through empirical analysis, regression analysis and other analysis methods, an empirical study was carried out.
The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of environmental information disclosure information and corporate debt financing capacity. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for improving the environmental disclosure information system from the government and enterprise levels to achieve sustainable green development.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28113 SIU IS. [LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Organizational Environmental, Innovative Behavior, Affective Commitment, Chinese’s Nurse Abstract: Innovation is the driving force behind the development of hospitals. Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.
This study will further enrich the relevant theories of nurses’ innovative behavior. At the same time, it helps managers take adequate measures to the organizational environment of the hospital to stimulate innovative behavior of nurses.

[LCSH]FilmKeywords: China's new mainstream films,
Audience consumption behavior,
External environmental factors,
Internal psychological factorsAbstract: As a new film genre, China's new mainstream film has not only gained high box office and good reputation, but also played a role in shaping a positive national image. The purpose of this study was to discuss the factors that influence audiences' viewing of such films reflecting national ideology, so as to understand why China’s new mainstream film can achieve high box office. According to the theoretical basis of general consumption behavior and combined with the characteristics of films, this paper takes external environmental factors as independent variables, audience internal factors as intermediary variables, and audience ticket purchasing behaviors as dependent variables. Based on the mixed qualitative and quantitative research methods, this paper adopts questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to collect data. Then, SPSS is used for reliability and validity test, description analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis, and AMOS is used for structural equation model test of the hypothesis.
Qualitative research results showed that in the field of film, ticket buying behavior of Chinese new mainstream film audience is widespread. Both its excellent production quality and the firm patriotism shown in the film are the core selling points of differentiation from other thematic films. Most respondents expect the new mainstream films to have better development in the future, and even expect it to occupy a place in the international film market. Quantitative research results showed the psychological transmission mechanism of consumers' buying tickets. That is marketing mix, group pressure and media information have a positive impact on internal psychological factors, but they cannot directly affect the audience's ticket buying behavior. Cultural values and internal psychological factors have a direct positive impact on ticket buying behavior. When internal psychological factors are used as mediating variables, marketing mix, cultural values, group pressure and media information can all have a positive impact on ticket buying behavior. In addition, this paper finally puts forward six suggestions for the development of China’s new mainstream films.Such as formulate industrial policies to enhance the identification of cultural values.strengthen marketing mix to establish integrated marketing system. Use "new mainstream +" to expand the scope and concept of film creation.give full play to the advantages of new media communication. strengthen art education to improve the public aesthetic perception. pay attention to the horizon of expectation to meet the needs of the audience.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28453 SIU Thesis. Environmental benefitAbstract: Developing sustainable design in commercial interior spaces improves both the health performance on occupants and environment, and provides cost savings. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating systems provide sustainable guidelines in design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings for the building owners, designers and engineers, and offer sustainable certification for buildings. The LEED v4 Interior Design and Construction (LEED ID&C) defines indoor sustainable requirements that focus on improving commercial interior design and management. It is considered a guideline for professionals and advanced specialists who have sustainable design and management experience (Mendler, Odell, & Lazarus, 2006). Understanding the LEED rating system and its sustainable requirements will help the designers strengthen the knowledge of sustainability in the related key fields of interiors, gain more benefits, and be able to satisfy the LEED requirements successfully.
This research focuses on the development of a tool to help project stakeholders improve their understanding on using the LEED ID&C guidelines by prioritizing the LEED ID&C criteria according to financial, social, and environmental benefits and their need for specialist support, which allows an informed decision making process to achieve the desired level of LEED certification. The scores obtained in the rating table depend on the background and experiences of the project owners or the interior designers. Utilizing these rating scores as inputs, the ranking table automatically lists the LEED ID&C criteria by their weighted average scores of the rating scale in four different aspects in descending order, and calculates the accumulated LEED credits while evaluating the achieved LEED certifications. This rating and comparing processes of the LEED criteria were based on Analytic Hierarchic Process (AHP) method. The AHP is a popular theory of measurement for measuring and judging intangibles (Saaty, 2008).
This research tool simplifies the process of evaluating LEED criteria, and listed the potential certification points that can be earned based on the LEED certification systems. Consequently, the preferable LEED criteria obtained with the help of this tool can then be applied in the selected interior sustainable design project.
Another objective of this research is to illustrate the effectiveness and usefulness of this tool through utilizing this tool to analyze and evaluate LEED criteria, and to recognize the general sustainable value of the seven major categories in terms of financial, social and environmental benefits, and independent level of specialist support, in order to help the project team concentrate on the improvement of the most recommended criteria with the related key fields. Part of the objective is also to improve the collaboration of team members through putting the preferred criteria into design process with the related core specialists.
With the research based on hypothetical situations, readers can utilize this research to measure their own project. For further research, a real project should be utilized to test and verify the results of this research, and illustrate the usefulness and capabilities of the ranking table.Curricular : BSMT/MSMT Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27205 SIU Thesis.
