Strategic AnalysisAbstract: As one of the most promising industries in China, the sports industry has broad development prospects and development potential. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the development of China's sports industry, and has introduced a number of policies and measures that are conducive to the development of the domestic sports industry, making all companies in the industry face optimistic development opportunities. “Internet+” is a hot topic in China and has recently been widely used in the sports industry. As the “five giants” of China's sports industry, Ali Sports has always been concerned by various companies in the industry. The development model of “IP as the core + platform construction” of Ali Sports also provides an example for the development and construction of other sports brands in China. This paper uses a variety of analysis methods to analyze and discuss the internal and external development environment of Ali Sports. Firstly, it analyzes the human, financial and material resources inside Ali Sports Enterprise, and then analyzes the external environment of Ali Sports by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force analysis method, and integrates the internal and external environment of Ali Sports. Through SWOT analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of Ali Sports and the opportunities and threats facing the outside are obtained. Finally, through SWOT matrix analysis, four future development strategies are proposed for Ali Sports. This study believes that Ali Sports should choose SO strategy and give corresponding suggestions from three aspects: big data, platform construction and product strategy. There has been an ongoing complaint from both the parties that the messages/information’s they try to convey to each other are not conveyed on time/misunderstood and also the outcome of the communications are not fruitful at most of the times. Both the parties has been dissatisfied with each other, however, no initiative has been done to study the core problem of what has been the real Communication problem between BCCI and the Sector Associations .
Therefore, this study is focused in identifying the core problem of communication between the BCCI and the associations and also proposes feasible suggestion for improvement of these communication lapses.
The survey and interview shows that one of the major problems of communication between BCCI and sector associations is the coordination among the organizations as they tend to plan on their own without consulting each other on strategies and developments. No dedicated Communication division/officer at the BCCI is another problem, which at times delays the process of communicating. Inexperienced interns are used for communicating at both BCCI and sector association.
The study also suggests that Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BCCI and Sector Associations, development of a framework for possible cooperation and delineation of roles between BCCI and the sector associations to avoid duplication and crowding and Training of employees and setting up of Communication Division/Officer will resolve the communication problems.

This study examines competitiveness challenges of Thai export-oriented garment industry by testing the research hypotheses and develops data-driven innovation framework as a sustainable competitive advantage by using constructivist grounded theory. The bases of this study lie in understanding what kind of competitiveness challenges Tai exported-oriented garment industry faces in terms of resource-based, dynamic capabilities and market-based factors. In this study, a purposeful sample of 211 garment sectors was drawn from total 359. Study participants were garment managers, in garment industry over 5 years. The data collection includes questionnaire investigation for quantitative factor analysis method and intensive interview with garment senior managers for qualitative analysis approach. Specifically, this study provides empirical evidence both quantitative and qualitative on the specific channels and mechanisms through how data-driven innovation process is facilitated within current garment sectors.
This study found that there was significant relationship between competitiveness and resource-based factors; dynamic capabilities factors and market-based factors in the export-oriented garment industry (i.e., challenges relates to productivity, lead-time, collaboration, opportunity identification, quick response and risk identification factors). Additionally, this study also found that data-driven innovation supported to Thai export-oriented garment industry overcomes competitiveness challenges.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27923 SIU Thesis. In order to stand out in the fierce competition, organizations cannot do without the hard work and active input of employees. On the basis of social cognitive theory, this paper introduces psychological empowerment perception as a potential intervening and moderating variable to construct a theoretical model, and explores the mechanism of humble leadership on employee engagement in Liaoning construction industry under the background of Chinese organizational culture, so as to provide theoretical and practical support for a more comprehensive explanation of the influence of humble leadership on employee job outcome variables. Humble leadership has a significant positive impact on employee engagement in Liaoning construction industry, and psychological empowerment plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between humble leadership and employee engagement. The leadership style and behavior should be effectively matched with employees' work behavior, so as to further develop the effectiveness of leadership and keep employees in a highly engaged state at work.
