Influence FactorsAbstract: Tourism is an important embodiment of human love for life, advocating harmony, praising peace, and admiring the beauty. It is increasingly becoming a spectacular humanistic phenomenon on a global scale, which has strongly stimulated economic development and social prosperity in various regions. With the development of the economy and the overall progress of society, tourism has increasingly become the daily life needs of people. At present, “All-for-one tourism” has become a hot topic in the whole society in China. The tourism sector regards it as an innovative way of thinking and working in industry management. At present, the domestic tourism scale of Chinese residents has exceeded 4 billion, and about 95% of them are individual tourists traveling by self-guided tour and self-drive tour. With the increase in the proportion of self-guided tour and the reduction of tour groups, this trend will affect the establishment of local tourism image. Without the whole-service arrangement of tour groups, tourists are more dependent on the infrastructure of the destination itself.
Hence, this paper takes Beihai City as an example to analyze the relationship between transportation, accommodation and attractions and tourist satisfaction. In the development of All-for-one tourism, local governments need to understand the impact of these factors on tourist satisfaction and improve these factors to ensure the healthy development of the local tourism industry.
In details, this paper built some relevant models and designed the questionnaire. Through the interviews and questionnaire to who are travelling in Beihai City, the first-hand data of tourist were collected, and then regression was carried out. Analysis, with tourist satisfaction as the dependent variable and influencing factors as independent variables, explored the factors affecting tourist satisfaction. Finally, according to the research and analysis, the corresponding countermeasures are given, including improve urban traffic quality, improve the quality of the scenic spot and the quality of service and improve relevant policies and increase support for the development of the hospitality industry.
The research results can provide a reference for the Beihai Municipal Government to develop local tourism, and can also provide a reference for the development of local tourism enterprises.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28121 SIU IS. [LCSH]Industry -- Economic aspectsKeywords: Suning,
profit modelAbstract: Based on the rapid development of China's economy, China's home appliance retail industry has experienced a development stage from scratch. Today, the retail market of the home appliance industry has also transformed from the original fragmented and free layout to many large home appliance retailers such as Suning and Gome. It can be seen that the industry has entered a mature stage, but in the course of development of the industry, many problems remain unresolved. With the widespread application of information technology, the use of Internet technology in people's daily production and life is becoming more and more frequent, which has also brought new changes to the development of many enterprises. The most obvious change is the change in the way people consume and the way companies sell, that is, e-commerce has begun to flourish. By the end of 2015, the size of the global e-commerce market reached 1,465.2 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 20% over 2014, and the development prospects are good. Driven by the development of the global e-commerce market, China's e-commerce market is also in a state of rapid development, and many companies have also begun to participate in the e-commerce wave. In recent years, the development of China's retail industry is basically based on online sales of e-commerce. Competition between industries has also shifted the focus of sales from physical store sales to Internet retailing, and the operation of physical stores has also been affected to some extent. Many companies fail to achieve sustained profitability. The development of e-commerce is just a flash, and many companies are even bankrupt. The reason is that it did not find a suitable profit model. The profit model is not a short-term responsive development method, but an overall strategy that helps the company continue to steadily obtain economic profits. The essence of competition between enterprises is the comparison of profit models. To maintain high-speed and stable development, the essential basic idea is to formulate a practical and effective profit model. Therefore, how to choose a profit model that suits the actual needs and actual conditions of enterprises has become the focus of management of many e-commerce companies. Suning and some of Gome's large companies, which focus on the retail business, have begun to try to change their strategies to ensure their sustainable development capabilities. Among them, Suning, as a leader in the development of the retail industry, obviously has an advantage over other e-commerce companies. At present, Suning has more than 6,000 physical stores, and its cloud business model also appropriately resolves the contradiction between physical stores and online sales. The model also provides new ideas for the development of the retail industry. Representative and researchable value.
This article introduces the research background, meaning and content of this article. The previous literature on the research of corporate profit models is reviewed, and the research ideas and methods are summarized. Find out the problems existing in Suning's current profit model, further optimize and improve the profit model to effectively solve the problems in Suning's existing profit model, and provide a reference model for optimizing the profits of other similar companies.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28029 SIU IS. profit modelAbstract: Based on the rapid development of China's economy, China's home appliance retail industry has experienced a development stage from scratch.

The previous literature on the research of corporate profit models is reviewed, and the research ideas and methods are summarized. Find out the problems existing in Suning's current profit model, further optimize and improve the profit model to effectively solve the problems in Suning's existing profit model, and provide a reference model for optimizing the profits of other similar companies.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28029 Hold
