This study is quantitative in nature and aimed to find out the relationship between above mentioned variables and employees’ performance in commercial banks of Nepal as a sample based on 190 employees.
The study will be analyzed by applying regression analysis using SPSS software because there are 5 independent variables and their affects have to be seen on the performance of the employees which is the sole dependent variable. For this purpose data was collected from 20 banks of Nepal with the research sample consisted of 190 employees working at different commercial banks, where questionnaires designed by the researcher were used to analyze the factors affecting employee performance.
The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the association between different organizational factors and employee performance in commercial banks of Nepal and to investigate existing literature and theory in order to initially construct a conceptual framework of factors affecting employee performance. Green CreditAbstract: Based on the background of green credit, this paper empirically tests the correlation between the quality of corporate environmental disclosure information and debt financing ability. This paper takes the environmental information disclosure in the social responsibility report (or other dependent report) of the listed companies in the eight major heavily polluting industries in Shanghai stock market as the research content. First, the scoring project and the scoring rules of environmental disclosure information were established. After reading the social responsibility report and its independent report, the score was manually collected. This score indicates the level of environmental information disclosure. Then choose short-term borrowing increment, long-term borrowing increment and total borrowing increment as explanatory variables to explore the correlation between environmental disclosure information level and debt financing. Then, through empirical analysis, regression analysis and other analysis methods, an empirical study was carried out.
The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between the level of environmental information disclosure information and corporate debt financing capacity. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for improving the environmental disclosure information system from the government and enterprise levels to achieve sustainable green development.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28113 SIU IS. Subsequently, state-controlled holding companies also made outstanding contributions to China's precise poverty alleviation work. However, state-controlled holding companies also face higher expectations of the people for fulfilling their corporate social responsibilities, and they also have higher pursuits to meet the UN 2030 sustainable development goals. These goals are urgently needed to require state-controlled holding companies to pay more attention to social responsibility. Fulfill and explore how to better fulfill their social responsibilities.

Firstly, it defines the concept of corporate social responsibility, and clarifies the theories and methods involved in the CSR research. Secondly, it starts from the theoretical and practical requirements, from the six aspects of the company to shareholders, customers, employees, government, environment, community and public welfare. To analyze corporate social responsibility, based on the research results of predecessors and the characteristics of financial indicators, the total return on assets as a financial performance indicator, based on theoretical analysis, put forward research hypotheses, and establish a research equation model, through correlation analysis, The results of regression analysis and verification show that the current corporate social responsibility is positively correlated with the current financial performance, and has a significant impact on the current financial performance.

[LCSH]Hospital -- China
[LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Organizational Environmental, Innovative Behavior, Affective Commitment, Chinese’s Nurse Abstract: Innovation is the driving force behind the development of hospitals. Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.
This study will further enrich the relevant theories of nurses’ innovative behavior. At the same time, it helps managers take adequate measures to the organizational environment of the hospital to stimulate innovative behavior of nurses.

Entrepreneurial Self-EfficacyAbstract: In China, entrepreneurship has become an important driving force for economic development and a national strategy. Promoting college students' entrepreneurship is an urgent need for the country to implement the innovation driven development strategy and improve economic quality and efficiency. It is an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates. Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", undergraduates' entrepreneurial activities have significant benefits for the cultivation of emerging industries, the development of regional economy and economic transformation and upgrading. As the starting point of entrepreneurial behavior research, entrepreneurial motivation has become the focus of entrepreneurial research all over the world. Although Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior, there are still some problems. For example, the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior needs to be further discussed, and the role mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in the formation of entrepreneurial behavior needs to be further studied.
Based on the theory of planned behavior and social cognition, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, 651 valid questionnaires from 6 universities in Jiangxi Province were collected in order to study the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior and discuss the intermediary role of entrepreneurial environment with the application of structural equation and regression analysis.
The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:
Firstly, this paper empirically tested the direct action path of entrepreneurial motivation on undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior. The study found that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive impact on undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial motivation could significantly promote the occurrence of undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior.
Secondly, this study introduced entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention as mediators, constructed the relationship model between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior, and used bootstrap method to test the mediating effect. The results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention had significant mediating effect, and produced chain mediating effect.
Thirdly, this research constructed the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial environment, verified the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial environment, and further discussed the mechanism and impact of regulatory effect.
Fourth, it examined the background factors affecting Chinese undergraduates' entrepreneurship. The differences of background factors affecting undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior in China were obtained. And this study found that there were no significant differences in gender, grade, major and location of family, but students from families with entrepreneurial experience were significantly affected by their parents' professional background.Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28449 SIU Thesis.
