Impact of training effectAbstract: The research is conducted on the topic “Banking Training and Employee Performance in Nepalese Financial Institution: Case of Nepalese Commercial Bank”. It deals with how employee performance is made after providing training in Nepalese financial institution. Training in the organization is arranged in order to provide basic knowledge and skill for managerial employees. I have used empirical data from primary sources, by conducting a survey among a sample of training methods by distributing structured questionnaires. The population for this research survey is employee of banking and Nepalese commercial bank. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent online, out of them, 385 responses were considered for data analysis. The results hence indicate that training content has significant positive impact on employee performance. Likewise, the beta coefficient for training needs assessment is positive with employee performance. The result hence indicates that training contents has significant positive impact on employee performance. Study AchievementAbstract: This descriptive research had main objective to study Leisure Time Behavior of Nursing Student in School of Nursing, Shinawatra University. Data collected from 138 nursing student from 2nd, 3rd and 4th year, who had CGPA from last semester of academic year 2015 and registration in academic year 2016, by using questionnaire.
Data analysis done owing to research objectives by using computer analysis program and using Descriptive Statistics:- Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. Used Spearman’s Coefficient of Rank Correlation to show relationships of variations.
The results revealed that
1) The nursing students had leisure time behavior of all 4 aspects (personal time, social time, learning time and part time jobs) between moderate level to low level. The means of personal time behavior, social time behavior, learning time behavior and part time jobs are 1.42, 1.52, 1.53 and 0.99 respectively. The mean of time management behavior is 1.78
2) The correlations between some aspects of leisure time behavior :- personal time, learning time, part time jobs and CGPA were positive but not significant. The level of correlation coefficient were 0 .024, 0.009, 0.053 respectively. The Spearman’s Coefficient of Rank Correlations showed negative correlation coefficient level at - 0.005 in relationship between social time and CGPA and not significant.

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and suffocation account for more than half of all Sudden Unexpected Infant Deaths (SUID). The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations describe the safest environments to protect infants. This study compared parent responses on the Newborn Sleep Safety Survey and observational assessments (N = 72) of infant sleep environments in families thought to be at high-risk for non-compliance with AAP recommendations.
Design and Methods
A naturalistic study of participants enrolled in two home visitation support programs was used. Observed risks ranged from 36.6% (never use pacifier) to 4.3% (never use firm mattress).
Results
Results comparing report to observation demonstrated acceptable concordance. Five items had fair concordance (Kappa > .4), four showed moderate concordance (Kappa > .6), and one excellent concordance (Kappa > .8). Although direct observation of safety behaviors is the gold standard in the injury prevention field, direct observation is logistically difficult, time consuming, and costly.
Conclusions
Research and interventions aimed at a reduction of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and suffocation require accurate assessment of the infant sleep environment. This study provides acceptable evidence for the use of the Newborn Sleep Safety Survey as an alternative to direct observation to assess parent adherence to recommendations.
