Management EfficiencyAbstract: The study examines the bank capital requirement and its impact on bank performance in context of Nepalese Commercial banks. The return on equity and net interest margin is selected as dependent variables whereas capital adequacy ratio, liquidity, management efficiency, lending and deposit selected as independent variables. The data were collected from the banking and financial statistics and supervision report published by Nepal Rastra Bank and annual report of selected commercial banks. The multiple regression models, correlation, descriptive statistics is used for the analysis purpose of this study. The multiple regression models was estimated to test impact of deposit, lending, CAR, liquidity ratio, efficiency ratio on ROE and NIM of Nepalese commercial banks.
The study consists of joint venture bank, private owned bank and government owned bank with study period from 2006/07 to 2015/16. The result of this study shows that there is significant relationship between CAR and NIM. But the study found that there is no significant relationship between CAR and ROE. Multiple RegressionAbstract: The main purpose of data analysis in this study is to explain impact of credit risk management on bank profitability. Influencing variable are categorized into independent variable non-performing loan ratio, leverage ratio, capital adequacy ratio, loan loss provision, credit interest to credit facilities and dependent variable return on assets. For the study, there are total 29 commercial banks which is population, and out of which only 25 commercial bank are taken for the study.
Independent t-test, Pearson’s Correction, analysis of variance (ANOVA), multiple regression were employed with the help of SPSS. The result shows that, capital adequacy ratio, leverage ratio, non-performing loan ratio, loan loss provision ratio is negative relationship to dependent variable return on assets. KunmingAbstract: This paper conducts an empirical study on SEPHORA's customer perception in Kunming. This research aims to find the customers’ views on the marketing model of the SEPHORA. And to study customers satisfaction with SEPHORA Brand. The sample size were 384 customers. This study uses a semi-structure survey questionnaire to collect data from the samples. The researcher used descriptive statistics and influential statistics including One-way ANOVA and Chi-Square to test relationships of the variables and to test hypothesis.
The research findings found that majority of the respondents were female, aged 20-30 years old, occupations were employees, education level was bachelor degrees, and were singles. The finding also found there is a significant positive correlation between product type completeness, brand integrity and customer satisfaction. The findings also revealed significant relationships between number of stores, cheaper price, locations, sales promotions, customer service and customer satisfaction. KunmingAbstract: This paper conducts an empirical study on SEPHORA's customer perception in Kunming. This research aims to find the customers’ views on the marketing model of the SEPHORA. And to study customers satisfaction with SEPHORA Brand. The sample size were 384 customers. This study uses a semi-structure survey questionnaire to collect data from the samples. The researcher used descriptive statistics and influential statistics including One-way ANOVA and Chi-Square to test relationships of the variables and to test hypothesis.
The research findings found that majority of the respondents were female, aged 20-30 years old, occupations were employees, education level was bachelor degrees, and were singles. The finding also found there is a significant positive correlation between product type completeness, brand integrity and customer satisfaction. The findings also revealed significant relationships between number of stores, cheaper price, locations, sales promotions, customer service and customer satisfaction. This research and the article include that employee-management relationship for better performance and emerging opportunities in airlines business. As a research study of some, Failure airlines in Nepal like Cosmic air, Necon air and current success of Buddha air, Simrik Airlines and Himalaya Airlines of Nepal. It describes a formal methodology for directing the process of developing and implementing an ERM that considers resource management, management of change in airlines business and how to build a continuous employee improvement. And respondent’s staffs of Buddha air and Simrik airlines helped a lot for the result.

Organizational successAbstract: Motivation has always been one of the most important tools of human resource management. Organizations use various motivational policies and practices to encourage employees to perform in the most effective way to lead the organization towards success. For this reason, the present research study was carried out to identify how and up to which extend the motivational practices helps in the retaining the employees in telecom sector of Nepal, as from the past few years the telecom industry experience most threatening period regarding employee retention. The purpose of this paper is to find which motivational factor are considered to be most important and which are considered to be least important by most of the employees of telecom sector. This paper also helps in examining the significant relationship between the various factors and employee retention and why Nepalese organizations had not been able to retain their employees for longer term.
The research is quantitative in nature and totally based on the questionnaire distributed to the sample of 202 respondents of telecom sectors from Nepal Telecom, Ncell and Hello Nepal in Kathmandu as these companies are holding 70-80% market share of Nepalese Telecom Industry. Primary data was used mostly in the research and we also used secondary data from different research papers. The purposed research hypotheses were tested through various statistical analyses. Respondents were furthermore asked to rank ten determining factors on the basis of their importance. The findings indicated that good remuneration, job security and interesting job were the most important factors for most of all employees in telecom office. Interestingly, the lowest ranked factors were growth opportunities and profitability of organization. This also gives reference to the managers and HR professionals, the changing perception of employees towards the working culture.
The results provide suggestions to the organization about which determining factor plays more important and which plays less. Not always, but a telecom office can take this research paper a reference to focus on motivational practices to retain employees. Therefore, the most efficient approach to their motivation should not be based either solely on intrinsic motivators or extrinsic motivator. Strategies and implications that can help Telecom sector of Nepal in retaining their employees have also been discussed. Based on the factors that are the most important for employees; the organization can meet the challenge of attracting, motivating and retaining them. A company should always bring on new and challenging strategies and adopt it time and again to
appeal the employees and retain them. Therefore, from the research we can conclude that, in context of Nepal, people are still motivated by the remuneration and benefit the most. The working culture has drastically changed but still people need job security and financial security as their primary need. The result also reveals the significant relationship of motivational practices with employee retention. In other words, the independent variables have a direct and positive impact on dependent variable which means the enhancement of one independent variable causes the enhancement in the employee retention which is the dependent variable. However, with the changing need of workforce, people have started demanding for interesting jobs as they become monotonous doing the same work again and again, So, companies especially in telecommunication sector have to develop a better and effective strategy to motivate the employees keeping in consideration the motivational factors. However, the accuracy of the results may be influenced by biases. The study is exclusive of any intervening or moderating variables. The response from participants may be lower than expected, which may interfere with

This study investigates the factors affecting the physicians’ satisfaction with clinical laboratory services of 5-7 big and medium-sized private laboratories in Mandalay, to find out the problems causing dissatisfaction in different factors and identify the areas need to improve in laboratory process. The study measured satisfaction of laboratories’ primary customer (physicians) of provided services in different aspects including the quality and reliability of the result, the efficiency of laboratory personnel, laboratory management responsiveness, phlebotomy service , turnaround time TAT and laboratory information system. Physician satisfaction paper-based survey of 5-Likert Scale, (1=very satisfied, 2=satisfied, 3=neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 4= dissatisfied, and 5= very dissatisfied) was developed based on the CAP survey (College of American Pathologists) and related published studies. One hundred and five physicians complete the survey. The result shows that, there are significant correlations between physicians’ satisfaction with the other four independent variables (service attitude of laboratory personnel, phlebotomy service, quality and reliability of results, and efficiency of laboratory personnel). More than half of the respondents were satisfied with overall laboratory services (N=62 (59.05%). Physicians were most satisfied with lab information system (easy & clear report and reference range reported).
However, physicians were most dissatisfied with the test turnaround times (TAT) for urgent, and routine tests. Statistically significant association was mostly observed between physician satisfaction and service length. This study presented areas need to improve of laboratory services at the private laboratories in Mandalay, which mainly related to administration, communication, quality and delay in TAT. The efficiency and optimization of laboratory service need to be readdressed by the laboratory administration.
