Management’s mission is to get people together to accomplish corporate goals and objectives by using available resources efficiently and effectively. The research aimed to identify and measure the level of factors affecting the employee performance in commercial banks of Nepal through identifying the variables include organizational culture, motivation ,working environment, communication and team work.
This study is quantitative in nature and aimed to find out the relationship between above mentioned variables and employees’ performance in commercial banks of Nepal as a sample based on 190 employees.
The study will be analyzed by applying regression analysis using SPSS software because there are 5 independent variables and their affects have to be seen on the performance of the employees which is the sole dependent variable. For this purpose data was collected from 20 banks of Nepal with the research sample consisted of 190 employees working at different commercial banks, where questionnaires designed by the researcher were used to analyze the factors affecting employee performance.
The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the association between different organizational factors and employee performance in commercial banks of Nepal and to investigate existing literature and theory in order to initially construct a conceptual framework of factors affecting employee performance. The results of the study revealed in a specific case and researcher concluded that among 5 above-mentioned independent variables, there are 3 factors including organizational culture, motivation and working environment have positive relationship with employee performance.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27410 SIU IS. [LCSH]Teachers -- Evaluation -- ThailandKeywords: English Program, EP, Evaluation, Organizational Performance, Communication, Participation, Commitment Abstract: English Program department in Thai schools with a semi-independent hybrid of Thai program and International Program has specialized standards that draw interests to parents, students, and teachers. Its increasing acceptance has inspired this evaluation study to be conducted to make clear the realistic condition of the performance of the EP department. Assessments of every stakeholder were respectfully treated independently then were integrated so as to arrive at a sense of balance in representing the overall makeup of the whole EP department. Pre-determined factors were used as subject of analysis.
Being a young organization, disputes arise with its performance. There’s an apparent dilemma with how different mechanisms of communication between and among stakeholders affects its performance as a whole. Stakeholder engagement and involvement instigates tight spot. There is a setback with stakeholders’ commitment in supporting the EP department to arrive at a favorable performance.
This study utilized a mixed method approach and decided to evaluate the performance of an EP department in a Thai secondary public school. The evaluation process shed light on the realistic condition of the performance of the EP department highlighting how it is affected by functional communication, stakeholders’ participation, and stakeholders’ commitment in supporting the EP department.
The study was able to complement the concept of the Strategic Constituency Approach which was later suggested to merge the concept of “Part-Whole Science” in evaluating organizational performance and in examining how contingency factors influence the organization’s performance.

Political parties in ThailandClass number: SIU THE: SOM-PhD-MS-2014-03 Abstract: The Thai political system has evoled in an atmosphere in which unaccountable factions have regularly acted in front of and behind the scenes to circumvent the will of the people through military coups and other interventions. This has led to the situation in which political parties and their individual leaders tended to replicate the existing models by becoming partician and generally opaque in their attempts to attract voters and indeed in their subsequent behavior However, new communication techniques pioneered by successful Clinton and Blair campaigns, have convinced at least some Thai politicians that they should follow the same path and aim to make direct connections with voters not just through personal relationships but also through the creation of policies that prople might genuinely support. This thesis uses a mostly quantitative research approach to explore these issues. It focuses on a questionnaire survey of more than 400 respondents in for distinct areas of Thailand of voters who took part in the 2007 general election. the four regions concerned were Bangkok Chiang Mai Khon Kaen and Phuket. This analysis was supplemented by qualitative interviewing and critical discourse analysis in addition to the collation and analysis of secondary data. Results indicate that the role of ideology-as opposed to personal connections and relationships is becoming more influential in determining voting intentions and that political communications is playing a role in this both in terms of the range of individual media involved and the importance of individual media Implications and recommendations are drawn from this analysis.
