The research on Microfinance has mostly concentrated on the three key areas- outreach to the poor, sustainability of the institution and impact among clients. The main objective of this research is to assess whether clients are satisfied with available products (Loan), by examining the impact of microfinance as emerging tools for alleviating poverty and vulnerabilities of under privileged masses and to determine areas to improve upon in order to satisfy customer of the Nepal Grameen Bikash Bank Ltd.
The study has focused on client’s satisfaction on microcredit (loan) as dependent variable and child education, household income, health care, household saving, consumption, small business and decision making as independent variables. In addition to the structured questionnaire, this study has used various research instruments such as, interview, observation and gesturing environment. The study has been supported both by descriptive as well as analytical explanations. In descriptive analysis, data and information were presented and analysed by means of frequency distributions, percentage, table and charts. For this, the research has used SPSS for data analysis with different types of statistical tools like correlation and 12 separate regression models.
On the whole, the study has found the positive relationship among most of the variables; child education, household income, health care, household saving, consumption, small business and decision making between Microfinance product and services (loan) and various independent variables. That means clients are found to be satisfied with NGBBL microcredit services as more than 70 percent of the clients at least gave one reason for satisfaction towards microcredit. The study also reported that a great majority of clients have used at least part of their loan for agriculture and business related activities. This result was found that if increasing the entrepreneurial activities every rural area help by Microfinance after that we can see dramatically change the economic status.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27403 SIU IS. Financial institutions have major role in country’s economy. The central banks are responsible to make banking sector more reliable and governed. For survival of banks it’s equally important to have good performance. So this study is mainly concerned to know the relationship between the corporate governance variables and performance variables. Board member size, number of independent variable, bank size, earnings per share, capital adequacy ratio and leverage were taken as independent variables whereas return on equity and net interest margin were taken as dependent variables. The study was conducted among 11 commercial banks of Nepal. The data were collected from the annual reports of the banks. Correlation and regression analysis was used to determine the relationship and level of significance. The result showed the relationship between board member size and return on equity was negative whereas relationship between number of independent directors and earnings per share were positive. The relationships with other variables were not significant.
The banks should minimize the numbers of directors in board and add the number of independent directors in banks for better performance. The central banks should focus on growth of banks and properly govern the activities of banks.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=26926 SIU IS. Finance and strategic planningAbstract: The renovation of the sugar industry of Myanmar requires new forms of production between cultivators and millers to enhance the efficiency and profitability of the market position. Various co-ordination processes are used by processing firms to control the quantity and quality of their raw material. In the sugar industry, there is a gradual fall down in the manufacturing process due to the lack of labor skills and high operation cost in the sugar market. In recent years, large modern sugar factories operated by private and military companies have gradually shut down due to the current shortage of quality cultivation, technological advancement and competition for raw materials which have become driving forces that shift sugar trading from market-oriented to raw material-oriented locations. Internal competition among sugar traders made sugar price highly volatile, too. Being placed on a level playing field, the whole industry should be upgraded in terms of price and quality to become export-oriented.
Besides, there is a great demand for new technologies to replace the current machines in order to produce quality sugar in the both local and export market. Therefore, the government needs to subsidize financially to local own sugar mills in order to operate it more efficiently in market competitive position with neighboring export countries. In addition, the government sector and sugar millers should work hands in handsto expand cane plantation and produce more fields that supply sugar mills through systematic plantation methods.
Thus, the certain amount of sugar production must meet the local consumption in near future, or else the import sugar will play a big role in the sugar economy sector in Myanmar. As a result, the local sugar exporters and companies need to seek better ways and find solution to sustain sugar business through the renovation of sugar market to develop SMEs in Mandalay.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27844 SIU IS. Corporate ReputationAbstract: In recent years, the research on corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention from the academic community and has gradually been implemented in corporations. As to whether corporations should perform social responsibilities, relatively rich research conclusions and experience summaries have been formed. These studies and practices help us understand the relationship and influence between CSR behavior and stakeholders, but research on how CSR performance affects corporate reputation and how it affects the behavioral response process of potential employees is still very limited. The premise of potential employees' response to CSR performance is perceived CSR, and the process of perceived CSR affecting the job intention of potential employees is affected by many factors.
Based on this, this research takes the impact of perceived CSR on job intention of potential employees as the mainline of research, pays attention to the process and intermediate links of CSR value realization, and focuses on the important role of perceived CSR, using the stakeholder theory, organizational identification, signaling theory, and attribution theory. As a basis, a conceptual model of the relationship between potential employees, corporate reputation, job intention of potential employees, CSR awareness, CSR attention, and CSR credibility was constructed, and 10 research hypotheses were put forward.
Use research methods that combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and use literature research, in-depth interviews, and questionnaire surveys to obtain primary survey data. The data is processed and analyzed through statistical analysis software such as SPSS27, AMOS27, and descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis, mediating effect analysis, moderating effect analysis and other methods are used to finally draw the following research conclusions: 1) potential Employees have a direct and positive impact on job intention of potential employees. 2) Potential employees have a direct and positive impact on corporate reputation. 3) Corporate reputation has a direct and positive impact on the job intention of potential employees. 4) Corporate reputation has a mediating effect on the relationship between potential employees and job intention of potential employees. 5) CSR awareness and CSR credibility play a moderating effect in the relationship between perceived CSR and job intention of potential employees.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28477 SIU Thesis.
