ComplexityAbstract: The banking environment is changing significantly along with bank customer’s needs. Banking services are offered through multiple delivery channels replacing gradually the services provided inside the traditional branches.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence Nepalese customers when using the Internet banking channel. In order to achieve this goal the Technology Acceptance Model is used as a theoretical framework to be extended with other variables derived from other models.
The research is using a random sample of bank customers from Kathmandu valley who were asked to fill in a questionnaire that was adjusted to Internet banking requirements. The results were examined by a series of statistical measures and were generalized in order to correspond to the research objective. It is demonstrated that the most important factors affecting e-banking usage among Nepalese bank customers were found to be Perceived ease of Use and complexity. After the collection of the data from various sources through questionnaire and other project documents, they will be tabulated for the analysis. The data will be then analyzed and interpreted with statistical tools like percentage, average and so on.
The present research used SPSS for coding the collected data, which encode the alphabet into numerical form and derive result from it. Data was processed using statistical tool like mean, ANOVA test and many more. The purpose of this study was to explore the beliefs regarding asthma management and Asthma Action Plans (AAPs) of African American caregivers residing in three New Jersey public housing communities in Newark, New Jersey.
Design
A qualitative methods design was accomplished using semi-structured interviews with a purposive sample of nine African American caregivers of children with asthma. Information was coded using N'VIVO™; the textual analysis combined codes into categories, which were then assembled into themes.
Results
Self-determination was found to be a fundamental goal of asthma management; however, three themes emerged as barriers and facilitators to this goal: challenges in the urban environment, preference of familial methods, and access to medical care.
Conclusions
indings from this study regarding minority caregivers' beliefs regarding difficulty navigating the health care system coupled with insurance instability, leading to use of Emergency Departments, are consistent with past research. However, the majority of patients at this clinic had not received one. This quality improvement project aimed to improve asthma control, measured by an asthma control test of at least 20, through AAP implementation supported by all team members. The clinic’s interdisciplinary champion group implemented workflow changes via practice facilitation and Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles. Asthma control rates increased from 23% to 58% in adults and 45% to 63% in children over one year, a statistically significant change.
