[LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Organizational Environmental, Innovative Behavior, Affective Commitment, Chinese’s Nurse Abstract: Innovation is the driving force behind the development of hospitals. Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.
This study will further enrich the relevant theories of nurses’ innovative behavior. At the same time, it helps managers take adequate measures to the organizational environment of the hospital to stimulate innovative behavior of nurses.

Xi’an cityAbstract: Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) souvenir is a special one which can meet the Chinese tourists’ cultural and characteristic needs for souvenirs in China. And tourists’ purchasing ICH souvenir can promote safeguarding ICH. To predict customer behavior, it is necessary to understand the customers’ intention. However it was found that very little research had been conducted regarding the relationship between purchase intention for ICH souvenir and its antecedents. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of perceived value dimensions on purchase intention and the moderating role of attitude towards safeguarding ICH between them. This study conducted an empirical study on ICH souvenir in Xi’an city.
The finding indicated that the five perceived values namely perceived functional value, epistemic value, self-efficacy value, relationship support value and price value had significant impacts on purchase intention for ICH souvenir. By hierarchy regression tests, the findings also showed attitude towards safeguarding ICH did not play moderating role between perceived functional value, epistemic value, self-efficacy value, relationship support value and purchase intention; but played a moderating role between perceived price value and purchase intention for ICH souvenir. The findings provided valuable information for tourism enterprises and government agencies. When developing, designing or selling ICH souvenir, it is necessary to fully explore the value of ICH souvenir from various angles and show its charm; to propagate the protection and development of ICH to tourists.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28039 SIU Thesis. When developing, designing or selling ICH souvenir, it is necessary to fully explore the value of ICH souvenir from various angles and show its charm; to propagate the protection and development of ICH to tourists.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28039 Hold

[LCSH]Consumer satisfactionKeywords: Ancient City Bed and Breakfast, Behavioral Intention, Customer Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction Abstract: The objectives of this study were to investigate the influence factors of customer perceived value on behavioral intention of ancient city Bed and Breakfast and to put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of ancient city Bed and Breakfast in Lijiang city, Yunnan province, China. The research was a quantitative research and used a convenient sampling with questionnaires to collect data from 400 Chinese tourists who stayed at least one night in Lijiang city’s ancient city Bed and Breakfast. In this study, the researcher used descriptive statistical method to analyze the data, and inferential statistical methods including Person correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis.
The results from the descriptive analysis revealed that the majority of the respondents were female, ages between 26-35 years old, held vocational college or undergraduate, and monthly income between 6,001-8,000 yuan in CNY. In addition, the respondents usually booked the ancient city Bed and Breakfast through the third-party network platforms, most of whom were the first time to stay, and would choose to stay for 4-7 days. 40 percent of the respondents would choose the accommodation price between 200-400 yuan per day.
The results also revealed that five dimensions of customer perceived value had a significant influence on behavioral intention. Among the five dimensions, emotional value was the most important factor influencing tourists’ choice for the stay at ancient city Bed and Breakfast, followed by service value, cultural cognitive value, social value and functional value. Also, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on behavioral intention. The results also revealed that four dimensions of customer perceived value had a significant influence on customer satisfaction, where emotional value had the greatest significant influence on customer satisfaction, followed by functional value, social value and service value. Therefore, the enhancement of customer perceived value would help improve customer satisfaction and establish positive behavioral intention on customers.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28538 SIU Thesis. Audience consumption behavior,
External environmental factors,
Internal psychological factorsAbstract: As a new film genre, China's new mainstream film has not only gained high box office and good reputation, but also played a role in shaping a positive national image. The purpose of this study was to discuss the factors that influence audiences' viewing of such films reflecting national ideology, so as to understand why China’s new mainstream film can achieve high box office. According to the theoretical basis of general consumption behavior and combined with the characteristics of films, this paper takes external environmental factors as independent variables, audience internal factors as intermediary variables, and audience ticket purchasing behaviors as dependent variables. Based on the mixed qualitative and quantitative research methods, this paper adopts questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to collect data. Then, SPSS is used for reliability and validity test, description analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis, and AMOS is used for structural equation model test of the hypothesis.
Qualitative research results showed that in the field of film, ticket buying behavior of Chinese new mainstream film audience is widespread. Both its excellent production quality and the firm patriotism shown in the film are the core selling points of differentiation from other thematic films. Most respondents expect the new mainstream films to have better development in the future, and even expect it to occupy a place in the international film market. Quantitative research results showed the psychological transmission mechanism of consumers' buying tickets. That is marketing mix, group pressure and media information have a positive impact on internal psychological factors, but they cannot directly affect the audience's ticket buying behavior. Cultural values and internal psychological factors have a direct positive impact on ticket buying behavior. When internal psychological factors are used as mediating variables, marketing mix, cultural values, group pressure and media information can all have a positive impact on ticket buying behavior. In addition, this paper finally puts forward six suggestions for the development of China’s new mainstream films.Such as formulate industrial policies to enhance the identification of cultural values.strengthen marketing mix to establish integrated marketing system. Use "new mainstream +" to expand the scope and concept of film creation.give full play to the advantages of new media communication. strengthen art education to improve the public aesthetic perception. pay attention to the horizon of expectation to meet the needs of the audience.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28453 SIU Thesis.
