Teaching.Abstract: The purpose of this study is to compare effectiveness of teaching tense using texts and drills. 11 students of the English Program Department of Assumtion College Thonburi were taught by two mentioned teaching methods: texts or drills after that they were tested by pre-test and post test.
The results showed a small difference between classes. The students taught trough texts got higher scores than those who were taught by drills. However, the percentage of development in drills class was 12.8% the percentage of development in texts calss was 1.43%. This is probably because of limited teaching time as understanding texts and clues given in story is a skill acquired in a length of time.
A questuionnaire asking the student's opinions and suggestions about the tests was done with those who particpated in the research. It suggested that teachers should choose the teaching styles which are appropriate to the individual factors of each class.Curricular : GE/MTEIL Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=22758 SIU IS. Dzongkhag Thormdey Theumis: District Business RepresentativesAbstract: The study on the “Communication problem of the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry” (BCCI) is basically aimed to study the current communication problems faced by the BCCI and the sector associations. There has been an ongoing complaint from both the parties that the messages/information’s they try to convey to each other are not conveyed on time/misunderstood and also the outcome of the communications are not fruitful at most of the times. Both the parties has been dissatisfied with each other, however, no initiative has been done to study the core problem of what has been the real Communication problem between BCCI and the Sector Associations .
Therefore, this study is focused in identifying the core problem of communication between the BCCI and the associations and also proposes feasible suggestion for improvement of these communication lapses.
The survey and interview shows that one of the major problems of communication between BCCI and sector associations is the coordination among the organizations as they tend to plan on their own without consulting each other on strategies and developments. No dedicated Communication division/officer at the BCCI is another problem, which at times delays the process of communicating. Inexperienced interns are used for communicating at both BCCI and sector association.
The study also suggests that Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BCCI and Sector Associations, development of a framework for possible cooperation and delineation of roles between BCCI and the sector associations to avoid duplication and crowding and Training of employees and setting up of Communication Division/Officer will resolve the communication problems.

The companies need to know about rules and regulations and should follow the pharmaceutical ethical code. The government may need some implementation of legislation and law enforcement to preserve the well-being of the Mandalay medical community. The revealed that the pharmaceutical company promoted their products and brands to encourage the prescriptions from the doctors. They also used various strategies to gain the better sales. The influence of marketing strategies and activities such as advertising promotion, and persuasive selling were examined. It was found that there existed some prescription decision pattern which was determined by company's competitive influence rather than the patient's disease variable. therefore, there is a need to ensure the proper implementation of legislation and strong FDA mandatorily. This implied that the management must involve independent surveillance network and coordination with healtcare professions as well as the functional control including quality control, storage and manufacturing plant for policy implications Curricular : BBA/MBA/MSM/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=25136 SIU IS.
