Five Universal GoodnessAbstract: ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) has goals to share responsibility for comprehensive security in cohesive, peaceful, stable, and resilient region, especially to strengthen research activities on peacebuilding; HR management, Facilities management, Cross Cultural management, Conflict management and Social Institutions. This study investigates strategies and model how to enhance peacebuilding and good relationships among Theravada Buddhist ASEAN countries between Thailand and three neighbor countries: Myanmar, Lao PDR and Cambodia.
This qualitative research uses phenomenological approach methodology which was observed with Myanmar, Lao and Cambodian Theravada Buddhists real-life environment over period of four years (2014-2018). The findings result from qualitative analysis addresses various issues in activity projects among Buddhist people by using various Science of Management such as HR management, Facilities management, Cross Cultural management and Conflict management integrate with Social Institutions perspective. In the cases, Wat Bo school in Cambodia; Buddhist Laities from Pakse in Lao PDR and ethnic groups of Buddhist volunteers in Kengtung, Myanmar are pilot projects which reflect the harmony of Buddhist in ASEAN originate from the Buddhist ritual activity cooperation with four approaches operation as follows: Communication, Ethical Norms, Management and Social Institutions. Communication approach consists Regional Language Equality Balance, Communication Tool Technology, Creative Innovation and Using English as a Common Language. Ethical Norms is investigated in two perspectives as Universal Goodness Behaviors and Volunteer Mindedness. The Management focus on Cross Cultural, HR management emphasis in Theory Y, conflict Management, Facilities Management base on Food, Healthcare and Environment which are practicable for employees in nonprofit Buddhist Organization. วิธีการศึกษา:ดำเนินการตามรูปแบบของโครงการพัฒนาการวิจัยสู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการ และการพัฒนางานประจำสู่งานวิจัย ผลการพัฒนาพบว่ามีงานวิจัยที่นำมาศึกษา 12 เรื่อง สรุปได้เป็นรูปแบบการให้การปรึกษาแนวพุทธธรรมแบบกลุ่มปิด ร่วมกับอาสนะโยคะใช้เวลาบำบัด 3 ครั้งๆ ละ 120 นาที ผู้บำบัดเป็นพยาบาลและจิตอาสา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มีภาวะซึมเศร้า และผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในชุมชนจำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษา: หลังได้รับการบำบัดกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของภาวะซึมเศร้าต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับการบำบัด
สรุป: ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการป้องกันโรคซึมเศร้าด้วยการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มแนวพุทธธรรมและโยคะสามารถลดภาวะซึมเศร้าของผู้ที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าและผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าได้
Abstract
Objectives: To develop the model of prevention for depressive disorder by Buddhist group counseling and yoga and evaluate the model implementation.
Methods: The model based on capstone project and routine to research. A total of 12 research studies were selected in this study. Major findings regarding developed Buddhist close group counseling and yoga. There are three activities, each lasting 120 minutes by nurses and volunteer. The sample included ten persons with depression and depressive disorder in the community. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics.
Results: The score of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) decreased after receiving intervention.
