LoanAbstract: Microfinance is the provision of financial services and the management of small amounts of money through a range of products and system if intermediary functions that are targeted at low income clients. The research on Microfinance has mostly concentrated on the three key areas- outreach to the poor, sustainability of the institution and impact among clients. The main objective of this research is to assess whether clients are satisfied with available products (Loan), by examining the impact of microfinance as emerging tools for alleviating poverty and vulnerabilities of under privileged masses and to determine areas to improve upon in order to satisfy customer of the Nepal Grameen Bikash Bank Ltd.
The study has focused on client’s satisfaction on microcredit (loan) as dependent variable and child education, household income, health care, household saving, consumption, small business and decision making as independent variables. In addition to the structured questionnaire, this study has used various research instruments such as, interview, observation and gesturing environment. The study has been supported both by descriptive as well as analytical explanations. In descriptive analysis, data and information were presented and analysed by means of frequency distributions, percentage, table and charts. For this, the research has used SPSS for data analysis with different types of statistical tools like correlation and 12 separate regression models.
On the whole, the study has found the positive relationship among most of the variables; child education, household income, health care, household saving, consumption, small business and decision making between Microfinance product and services (loan) and various independent variables. That means clients are found to be satisfied with NGBBL microcredit services as more than 70 percent of the clients at least gave one reason for satisfaction towards microcredit. The study also reported that a great majority of clients have used at least part of their loan for agriculture and business related activities. This result was found that if increasing the entrepreneurial activities every rural area help by Microfinance after that we can see dramatically change the economic status.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27403 SIU IS. Title : A Whooping Cough Education Module for WIC Clients in Utah Material Type: printed text Publication Date: 2017 Languages : English (eng)
in MCN > Vol.42 No.5 (Sep-Oct) 2017 [10/09/2017]Keywords: Nutrition program.WIC: Women Infants and children.WIC Clients in Utah.Education Module for WIC Abstract: Background: Clients in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) are required to complete education modules quarterly to maintain eligibility. The purposes of this project were to: (1) create a whooping cough vaccination education module for WIC clients; (2) evaluate baseline perceptions of WIC clients on the whooping cough vaccine and disease; and (3) evaluate whooping cough knowledge following completion of the module.
Problem: A decline in vaccination rates among infants and children using WIC services was reported by a local WIC program director who requested whooping cough vaccination education materials. This quality improvement project included development of a whooping cough education module and evaluation of learning.
Methods: Learning was evaluated using a pre- and posttest design. Client feedback was solicited via open-ended questions. Quantitative analysis was performed on visual analog-type questions with paired t-tests and a Cohen's d. Content analysis was conducted on open-ended items.
Interventions: The module was designed by a team of vaccination experts and included general definitions, signs and symptoms during the three stages of disease, recommendations to prevent whooping cough, and vaccination recommendations. Learning of users of the module was then evaluated.
Results: After using the module, clients indicated they were significantly more likely to vaccinate themselves and their child against whooping cough, and to recommend the vaccination to their family members. The greatest concern of participants about whooping cough was how it affected infants. Participants reported they learned new information on disease seriousness, recognition of symptoms, and treatment options but still requested additional information on the whooping cough disease and vaccine.
Conclusions: A whooping cough education module is an effective strategy to improve whooping cough knowledge and promote the whooping cough vaccine.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of problem solving group therapy program on depression among clients with depression received services at primary and secondary care unit.
Methods: This study was quasi-experimental research, 89 clients with depression were purposively selected based on the inclusion criteria. The research instruments were 1) Problem Solving Group Therapy Program developed by researcher team, 2) 9 Q Depressive Screening Form. Descriptive statistics and repeated measures ANOVA were used for data analyses.
Result: The result of this study revealed that the depression means score of clients with depression at the end of program and 3 months after receiving Problem Solving Group Therapy Program were significantly different from that before (p < .001).
Conclusion: Problem Solving Group Therapy Program could decline depression among clients who have depressive mood, as well. We found that it had sustainable effect when follow up 3 months, with a little bit higher means score; however, to confirm the effectiveness of this program, long term follow up should be done at least 6 months after program finished.Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27376 [article] ผลของโปรแกรมการบำบัดด้วยการแก้ปัญหาแบบกลุ่มต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าของผู้รับบริการ = The effect of problem solving group Therapy program on depression among G CLIENTS WITH DEPRESSION RECEIVED : ที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าที่มารับบริการในสถานพยาบาลระดับปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิ [printed text] / สมบัติ สกุลพรรณ์ ; สุพิศ กุลชัย, Author ; ดาราวรรณ ต๊ะปินตา, Author . - 2017 . - p.109-120.
