Primary data were collected and analyzed to obtain more concrete results from this research. For the primary data collection, a questionnaire was developed having few demographic variable and seven independent macro factors; SPERTIL and investment decision was taken as the dependent variable. For data collection 200 questionnaires were distributed to the investors within the Kathmandu valley. Among 200 questionnaires distributed, 160 responses were collected back. Of which 135 were from the individual investors and 25 for the institutional investors. Then, the obtained data were arranged through the MS-Excel and analyzed using the SPSSv23. Collected primary data were analyzed with the help of descriptive, cross tabulation , independent sample t test, and One way ANOVA.
The major findings of the primary data analysis showed that the independent factors under seven macro factors considered for the study has insignificant relationship with investment decision. Among 23 independent variables under seven macro factors considered for the study almost all the factors are responsible for influencing the investment decision for the investors. Between demographic factors and the SPERTIL factors, the result varied.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27533 SIU IS. Its increasing acceptance has inspired this evaluation study to be conducted to make clear the realistic condition of the performance of the EP department. Assessments of every stakeholder were respectfully treated independently then were integrated so as to arrive at a sense of balance in representing the overall makeup of the whole EP department. Pre-determined factors were used as subject of analysis.
Being a young organization, disputes arise with its performance. There’s an apparent dilemma with how different mechanisms of communication between and among stakeholders affects its performance as a whole. Stakeholder engagement and involvement instigates tight spot. There is a setback with stakeholders’ commitment in supporting the EP department to arrive at a favorable performance.
This study utilized a mixed method approach and decided to evaluate the performance of an EP department in a Thai secondary public school. The evaluation process shed light on the realistic condition of the performance of the EP department highlighting how it is affected by functional communication, stakeholders’ participation, and stakeholders’ commitment in supporting the EP department.
The study was able to complement the concept of the Strategic Constituency Approach which was later suggested to merge the concept of “Part-Whole Science” in evaluating organizational performance and in examining how contingency factors influence the organization’s performance.

On this basis, the study analyzed the reasons of staff dissatisfaction with the above six HRM practices according to the responses from the interview with Human Resource Management and the staff suggestions from the questionnaire for first-line officers of HN company. Finally, the study found out that fewer employees are willing to switch to the same positions of other companies, and the tendency to voluntarily resign without targets is also very low. From this, it is concluded that employees have an emphasis on their work position, Therefore, the study suggested HR department provide employees with video interview, better training opportunities, career planning help, performance review discussion, high salary and more benefits, more material rewards and spiritual rewards, so that it can improve employee satisfaction and reduce the employee turnover rate.Curricular : BBA/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=27888 SIU SS.
