[LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Business Model Innovation, Revenue, Sustainability, Non-Profit Art Organization, Organizational Boundary Abstract: The sustainable development of the world's non-profit art institutions is related to the preservation and inheritance of the heritage of human civilization. Business model innovations to build non-profit art organizations to respond to the current precarious living environment. More specifically, this paper proposes a new framework for innovation for nonprofit arts organizations called business model innovation for nonprofit arts organizations. The model is the result of doctoral research that includes several art institutions and non-profit art organizations in the United States, France, and China. Raising the revenue of nonprofit art institutions is crucial, and no art institution is exceptional, there is little literature in the study of actual fundraising strategies for art institutions, and research that focuses primarily on the ethics of revenue sources rather than best practices in other disciplines has always been problematic because the theory it tries to apply does not always apply. There is also little research on the dynamics of local income generation, so there is an urgent need for practical research on this topic, such as data from comparative analysis of sources of income. For this study, data were collected from art institutions such as Nature and the Arts Organization (USA), IMAJ-UNESCO Art Center (France), CGK-Contemporary Art Gallery Kunming, etc. Semi-structured interviews and revenue records of key employees of three representative arts organizations were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Several key findings highlight business model innovation and the direct and indirect benefits of business external partners, Value innovation, nonprofit art organization boundary collaboration is key to revenue and sustainability, and value identification also influences innovation and revenue generation. This study reinforces our knowledge of the economics of non-profit arts organizations. I believe that the sustainability of non-profit arts organizations needs to be combined with their own practices and cultural project innovations. Finally, I make some recommendations that organizational and technological innovation and value creation innovation can improve economic, market, and social performance, which will facilitate the practice and sustainable development of future non-profit arts organizations.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28459 SIU Thesis. [LCSH]ManagementKeywords: Top management team; Top management team characteristics; R&D investment; Managerial Incentive Abstract: Innovation is the core driving force of social economic growth and enterprise operation and development. Managers play a key role in making investment decisions. Innovation enables enterprises to gain advantages in the competing market. However, it is very risky to evaluate the enterprise's innovation strategy only by relying on the the CEO. To be more precise, The CEO ought to communicate and collaborate with top management members to improve the sustainable development and innovation of the enterprise. Therefore, as the most influential group in an enterprise, the top management team has a crucial influence on the R&D investment behavior of the enterprise. As an important theory to study the top management team, the upper echelon theory points out that demographic variables such as age, gender, educational level, functional background and team size can well reflect some characteristics of the top management team, providing application conditions for the development of the top management team.
Finkelstein et al. (2009) pointed out top management team members often measure risks and benefits psychologically, and influence the strategic development direction and organizational behavior of enterprises. At the same time, considering the influence of executive compensation incentive and stock option incentive, this paper takes listed companies on GEM from 2009 to 2017 as research samples, obtaining data from CSMAR database, WIND database and annual report. The relationship between top management characteristics and R&D investment is empirically tested. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:
(1) Take indicators such as age, gender, professional background, education level and team size as proxy variables to measure the characteristics of top management team. It found out that the age and the proportion of female managers are negatively with the R&D investment. The professional background, educational level and the team size are positively with the R&D investment.
(2) Introduction of incentive policy, the moderating effect of executive incentive (compensation incentive and stock option incentive) on TMT characteristics and R&D investment behavior has been tested. The results show that the compensation incentive exerts positive moderating influence on the relationship between TMT characteristics and firm R&D investment.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28434 SIU Thesis. Corporate ReputationAbstract: In recent years, the research on corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention from the academic community and has gradually been implemented in corporations. As to whether corporations should perform social responsibilities, relatively rich research conclusions and experience summaries have been formed. These studies and practices help us understand the relationship and influence between CSR behavior and stakeholders, but research on how CSR performance affects corporate reputation and how it affects the behavioral response process of potential employees is still very limited. The premise of potential employees' response to CSR performance is perceived CSR, and the process of perceived CSR affecting the job intention of potential employees is affected by many factors.
Based on this, this research takes the impact of perceived CSR on job intention of potential employees as the mainline of research, pays attention to the process and intermediate links of CSR value realization, and focuses on the important role of perceived CSR, using the stakeholder theory, organizational identification, signaling theory, and attribution theory. As a basis, a conceptual model of the relationship between potential employees, corporate reputation, job intention of potential employees, CSR awareness, CSR attention, and CSR credibility was constructed, and 10 research hypotheses were put forward.
Use research methods that combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and use literature research, in-depth interviews, and questionnaire surveys to obtain primary survey data. The data is processed and analyzed through statistical analysis software such as SPSS27, AMOS27, and descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis, mediating effect analysis, moderating effect analysis and other methods are used to finally draw the following research conclusions: 1) potential Employees have a direct and positive impact on job intention of potential employees. 2) Potential employees have a direct and positive impact on corporate reputation. 3) Corporate reputation has a direct and positive impact on the job intention of potential employees. 4) Corporate reputation has a mediating effect on the relationship between potential employees and job intention of potential employees. 5) CSR awareness and CSR credibility play a moderating effect in the relationship between perceived CSR and job intention of potential employees.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28477 SIU Thesis.
[LCSH]Public expenditure -- China -- Jiangxi -- GovernmentKeywords: China's New-type Urbanization, Efficiency, Public Expenditure, Local Government Abstract: This research is a quantitative research using secondary penal data collected from Jiangxi statistical yearbooks and websites, in which input and output data of NUP process in eleven regions of Jiangxi province can be adapted to measure the efficiency of public expenditure. The research employs Data Envelopment Analysis to measure the relative efficiency including technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency and Malmquist index of eleven regions(local governments) of Jiangxi province from 2014 to 2019.
Analysis of this research shows that public expenditure efficiency of different regions in Jiangxi Province is different, therefore, those inefficiency regions need to place more emphasis on the efficiency of public expenditure, and gradually establish an efficiency-based mechanism, in order to make limited financial resources play a greater role in the process of NUP.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28438 SIU Thesis. Social CapitalAbstract: In today's context of knowledge explosion, fierce market competition and economic globalization, people's employment issues have become a hot issue of concern at present. Among the employed people, the employment problem of college students, especially those who are the foundation of the future, is the most critical. The employment of university graduates is related to the peace and stability of the country and the harmony and tranquility of society, and has always been closely watched and valued by the party and the state and all sectors of society.
At present, some experts and scholars have conducted research and discussion on the employment of college graduates mostly from a macro perspective or from the micro perspective of human capital or social capital alone, and there are relatively few in-depth, systematic and comprehensive investigations and studies on the employment of college graduates. This paper believes that the employment problems of college graduates are closely related to the individual characteristics, human capital, and social capital of individual college students, and must be comprehensively considered and analyzed.
Based on relevant theories and research methods at home and abroad, this study adopts empirical methods to systematically analyze the factors affecting the employment of university graduates in individual characteristics, human capital and social capital. The empirical method used a questionnaire survey method to select undergraduate graduates of the China Conservatory of Music from 2016 to 2019 as the respondents. For the data obtained after the investigation, the logit model constructed in this paper is used to perform regression analysis on the relevant influencing factors, so as to obtain the significance of each influencing factor. From the statistical results obtained from the empirical survey and the regression results of the logit model, the following conclusions can be drawn: among the indicators that have a significant impact on the employment employment rate, the gender in individual characteristics, the ability to work in human capital, academic performance, scholarships and vocational qualification certificates, and part-time internship experience have a high degree of influence on the employment of college students; Some factors of social capital, such as the social status of parents, employment information and opportunities, have a significant impact on the employment of university students.
The study is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the specific background of the research, the establishment of the problem, the research problem, the research objectives, the research model, the research hypothesis, the research scope and the definition of the professional words. The research methods and specific framework of the paper are juxtaposed. The second part introduces the current situation of relevant domestic and foreign research in this paper, and identifies the defects and deficiencies of existing research. The third part discusses the research methodology, data collection methods, collection processes, and research methods of data. The fourth part is the final conclusion and findings. Involving questionnaire design and testing, according to the actual situation of employment of Chinese college students, the design of the questionnaire, the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire, and the descriptive statistical analysis of the survey results, as well as the analysis of the influencing factors of college students' employment based on the 1ogit model, by constructing the logit function between the dependent variable and the independent variable, the regression analysis is carried out, and the regression coefficient of the dependent variable is obtained, so as to obtain the degree of influence of each dependent variable on employment. The last part is the conclusion of this paper, and after analyzing the results, corresponding suggestions are made to improve the employment possibility of college students, and the research prospects are put forward while summarizing the work.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28455 SIU Thesis. In order to stand out in the fierce competition, organizations cannot do without the hard work and active input of employees. On the basis of social cognitive theory, this paper introduces psychological empowerment perception as a potential intervening and moderating variable to construct a theoretical model, and explores the mechanism of humble leadership on employee engagement in Liaoning construction industry under the background of Chinese organizational culture, so as to provide theoretical and practical support for a more comprehensive explanation of the influence of humble leadership on employee job outcome variables. Humble leadership has a significant positive impact on employee engagement in Liaoning construction industry, and psychological empowerment plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between humble leadership and employee engagement. The leadership style and behavior should be effectively matched with employees' work behavior, so as to further develop the effectiveness of leadership and keep employees in a highly engaged state at work. From the perspective of consumer psychology, we need to study the relevance of music festival to the psychological perception of city competitiveness. In order to explore the impact of music festival on perception of city competitiveness. We surveyed 400 participants of the Xiamen Music Festival in Xiamen city. We mainly used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods to test research hypotheses. Firstly, before the formal survey, we modified and established the measurement scale through in-depth interview and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Secondly, the measurement scale was further tested by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis and validity analysis. Finally, all the research hypotheses were verified by SEM.
The results indicated that music festival positively impacts on the city image. Music festival also positively impacts on perception of city competitiveness. City image mediates relationship between music festival and perception of city competitiveness. According to the above results, the study recommended as follows. First of all, the city manager and the organizers of the music festival should optimize the music festival image, increase the music festival attraction, integrate music festival, and create the brand effect of the music festival. Secondly, we should strengthen music festival communication and expand music festival influence. Thirdly, strengthen the connection between music festival and city. Fourthly, continue to make effort to maintain and create city music image. Entrepreneurial Self-EfficacyAbstract: In China, entrepreneurship has become an important driving force for economic development and a national strategy. Promoting college students' entrepreneurship is an urgent need for the country to implement the innovation driven development strategy and improve economic quality and efficiency. It is an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates. Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", undergraduates' entrepreneurial activities have significant benefits for the cultivation of emerging industries, the development of regional economy and economic transformation and upgrading. As the starting point of entrepreneurial behavior research, entrepreneurial motivation has become the focus of entrepreneurial research all over the world. Although Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior, there are still some problems. For example, the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior needs to be further discussed, and the role mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in the formation of entrepreneurial behavior needs to be further studied.
Based on the theory of planned behavior and social cognition, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, 651 valid questionnaires from 6 universities in Jiangxi Province were collected in order to study the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior and discuss the intermediary role of entrepreneurial environment with the application of structural equation and regression analysis.
The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:
Firstly, this paper empirically tested the direct action path of entrepreneurial motivation on undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior. The study found that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive impact on undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial motivation could significantly promote the occurrence of undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior.
Secondly, this study introduced entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention as mediators, constructed the relationship model between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior, and used bootstrap method to test the mediating effect. The results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention had significant mediating effect, and produced chain mediating effect.
Thirdly, this research constructed the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial environment, verified the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial environment, and further discussed the mechanism and impact of regulatory effect.
Fourth, it examined the background factors affecting Chinese undergraduates' entrepreneurship. The differences of background factors affecting undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior in China were obtained. And this study found that there were no significant differences in gender, grade, major and location of family, but students from families with entrepreneurial experience were significantly affected by their parents' professional background.Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28449 SIU Thesis. [LCSH]PaintingKeywords: Artwork Price, Professional Painter, Consumer Buying Behavior, Chinese Flower-And-Bird Painting Abstract: With the increase of these personal incomes and the improvement of material conditions, people's pursuit of spiritual enjoyment also naturally arises, and the demand for carrier art that can meet this pursuit has also increased. How the art market operates and how artwork is priced is not only the focus of the art market participants, especially investors, but also the focus of researchers. This article studies the decision of art price from two angles of intrinsic value of art and macroeconomic factors. This study uses economic theory to analyze the nature and operation of the artwork market, and uses econometrics to analyze and discuss the characteristics of the art pricing method. It initially reveals the operation law of the artwork market and determines the impact the degree of influence of artwork prices.
On the basis of understanding the status quo of artistic creation of professional painters, this research attempts to explore whether the intrinsic value attributes and macroeconomic factors of the value of artworks will affect the creation of professional painters' artworks, and analyze whether there is a certain correlation between the two. In the process of research, it is found that the influence between the two is not direct. Adding an intermediary variable to the purchase behavior of consumers will make the influence relationship between them more complete. This paper adopts a quantitative research method to design a questionnaire suitable for this research, and selects professional painters from the representative Chinese Painting Artists Association of Shandong Province as the research object. This article also adopted the interview method, interviewing twenty senior professional painters in Qingzhou, which made the thesis more convincing.
The author collected 409 valid questionnaires, and through relevant analysis and regression analysis, it was verified that the intrinsic value attributes of art value and macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on consumer purchase behavior, and also have a significant influence on professional painters’ artistic creation. , The purchase behavior of consumers also directly affects the creative enthusiasm of professional painters. In particular, the four variables of art value, cultural value, GDP per capita, and inflation rate have the most significant impact on consumer purchasing behavior. The second is aesthetic value, money supply, exchange rate, and the correlation coefficient between interest rate and purchasing behavior is negative. This also directly affects consumers' purchasing power for artworks, and ultimately affects the artistic creation of professional painters.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28443 SIU Thesis. This paper uses quantitative data analysis as the main, qualitative analysis as a supplementary research method. According to the research content and referring to the mature questionnaire designed by scholars before, this paper designs the corresponding interview outline and questionnaire respectively. In this paper, Chengdu residents are selected as the survey object, 15 citizens are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews, and 420 citizens are carried out field questionnaire survey with the formal scale formed after reliability and validity test. In this paper, statistical software SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 22.0 are used to analyze the samples.
In addition, using structural equation model, this paper verifies correlation and influencing path between the three latitude of faith (subjective norm, perceived behavior control, environmental awareness), attitude and low-carbon travel intention. Also, this paper tests the hypotheses proposed in this paper, analyzes and explains the effect factors of low-carbon urban residents travel intention.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28462 SIU Thesis.
