Entrepreneurship is an effective means to realize innovation. The young generation, especially college students, is the most innovative and dynamic group. Stimulating the innovative spirit of college students and cultivating entrepreneurial consciousness have become the theme of promoting the research in the field of college students' independent entrepreneurship. With the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, the employment environment is sluggish, and the overall employment situation in China is grim. The government has formulated a series of policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses and achieved certain results. Advocating college students to start their own businesses plays an important role in relieving employment pressure and promoting local economic development.
Individual entrepreneurial passion plays an important role in the decision-making process of potential entrepreneurs, which can effectively promote the investment of individual energy, emotion, time and other factors, and at the same time can guide the generation and enhancement of entrepreneurial behavior intention, in order to enhance the identity of individuals to entrepreneurs and actively participate in entrepreneurial activities. In order to effectively analyze the entrepreneurial decision problems of individuals under the influence of entrepreneurial passion, this study takes the individual entrepreneurial passion which is easily influenced by the external entrepreneurial atmosphere as the entry point, this paper introduces entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial willingness as intermediary variables and entrepreneurial identity as adjustment variables to analyze the internal mechanism of individual entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial decision. Taking college students from nine provinces in China as research objects, this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the rationality of the questionnaire through in-depth interviews and pre-investigation by combining qualitative research and quantitative research, on the basis of interview suggestions and scale factor analysis, the questionnaire was revised and improved. Using statistical analysis software such as SPSS(IBM SPSS Statistics Base Authorized User V.27)26.0 and AMOS(IBM SPSS AMOS Authorized User V.27)23.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of the research hypothesis, regression analysis, bootstrap analysis and other empirical research methods, 23 research hypotheses proposed in this study were tested empirically.
The empirical analysis of this study draws the following conclusions: first, it tests that entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision, and the results show that innovative passion, creating passion and developing passion both have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision; Secondly, entrepreneurial commitment is an important driving factor affecting individual decision-making and has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision, the dimensions of emotional commitment, behavioral commitment and continuous commitment all have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision. In addition, it also verifies that entrepreneurial commitment plays a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision; Third, entrepreneurial willingness has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision, it partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision; Fourthly, it tests the moderating effect of entrepreneurial identity, and the results show that, entrepreneurial identity has a significant positive regulating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial willingness, while the regulating effect between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial commitment is not significant; Fifth, this paper further examines the mediation effect model of entrepreneurial identity on entrepreneurial willingness-entrepreneurial decision, and proves that entrepreneurial identity regulates the effect of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial decision through entrepreneurial willingness. This research expands the thinking of entrepreneurial decision research and provides theoretical support for subsequent research from the perspective of emotion and willingness. This study analyzes the individual internal driving factors that affect individual entrepreneurial decision, providing theoretical basis and practical support for exploring and stimulating entrepreneurial behavior and practice.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28470 SIU Thesis. [LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Person-Organization Fit; Person-Job Fit; Person-Leadership Fit; Harmonious Work Passion; Obsessive Work Passion; Knowledgeable Employee; Creativity Abstract: The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the era of continuous innovation of knowledge, and knowledge has become the guiding force for enterprises to create huge profits. In this context, innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important way to help China's economic restructuring and provide new impetus for China's economic development. Promoting "dual innovation" has become an inevitable choice for China, with its huge economic volume, to promote factor flow and enhance economic efficiency. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) report, China's entrepreneurial activity is increasing year by year and has become one of the most active countries in terms of entrepreneurship. The increasing challenges faced by companies and the uncertainties in the market environment are driving companies to explore their potential in order to keep pace with the knowledge economy. If companies want to stay in this challenging environment and maintain a competitive edge, they must constantly stimulate the creativity of their employees, which is fundamental to their innovative performance. Therefore, to stimulate employees' creativity is to find strategies and methods to enhance the innovative behavior of highly knowledgeable employees.
The main objective of this paper is to conduct a theoretical and empirical study on the relationship between person-environment fit (person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-leadership fit) and employee creativity, and on this basis to explore the mediating role of work passion (harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion) on the above relationship, and finally to make suggestions and recommendations for HRM practice based on the empirical findings.
The article further translates the above research questions into the following: First, the relationship between person-environment fit and employee creativity is investigated. Based on Lewin's "field theory" and Schneider's "attraction-selection-friction" theory, this study illustrates that employee behavior is the result of the interaction between person and environmental characteristics, and explains that in the process of mutual selection between employees and organization environment, people become increasingly homogeneous. Such homogenization will bring increasingly clear organization environment characteristics and certain organization atmosphere, which in turn can affect the attitude and behavior of employees. On this basis, the study explores whether person-environment fit can enhance the creativity of knowledgeable employees, and further explores the impact of "dynamic fit" on employee creativity. Second, the relationship between work passion and employees' creativity is investigated. Based on self-determination theory, the study explores whether harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion have an impact on the creativity of Knowledge employees. Third, it explores the mediating role of harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion in the relationship between person-environment fit and knowledge employees' creativity. The elaboration of this relationship is based on Deci and Ryan's self-determination theory and empirical studies by Greguras (2009), Liu and Chen (2011) . According to Greguras (2009), person-organization fit can According to Greguras (2009), organization fit can bring about the satisfaction of three basic person psychological needs: a sense of autonomy, a sense of competence, and a sense of belonging, and the satisfaction of these three basic psychological needs can lead to the satisfaction of different levels of person motivation, and the satisfaction of motivation can lead to changes in person cognition, emotion, and behavior. Based on this logic, this paper explores the role of work passion in mediating the relationship between each variable of person-environment fit and employee creativity.
The empirical study of the above proposition takes university graduates of different levels in Shanxi Province as the sample because, in the era of knowledge-based economy, which is dominated by technological innovation, knowledge has become the guiding force for enterprises to create huge profits. At the same time, knowledge-based employees, as the carriers of knowledge, are the core of enterprises' competition, and the results they create are crucial to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, how to improve the creativity of knowledge-based employees has become the focus of scholars' research. At present, Chinese enterprises are facing various pressures brought by knowledge transformation and economic globalization, and they can only survive in the complex and fierce environment if they continuously innovate their products and services. In the study of innovation, the perspective chosen for this study is "employee creativity". This is because we are in an era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and the key to building an innovative country is to enhance the ability of technological innovation. Innovation is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to maintain their survival and competitive advantage, and almost all organizations regard innovation as the core competitiveness for sustainable development. And employee creativity is the source of organization innovation, regardless of which innovation, all the foundations come from individual creativity. The result of innovation extends from the individual to the team and finally to the organization.
The study used literature analysis method, in-depth interview method and questionnaire survey. Twenty university graduates were interviewed in depth, and 400 valid questionnaires were collected from graduates of each position. This paper uses SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the obtained data empirically through factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, bootstrap and other methods. The results showed that 15 of the 17 hypotheses proposed in this study were supported, and the main findings included: (1) Person-organization fit (β=0.150, p<0.001), person-job fit (β=0.243, p<0.001), and person-leadership fit (β=0.159, p<0.001) have a direct and significant positive influence on employee creativity; (2) Person-organization fit (β=0.149, p<0.001), person-job fit (β=0.275, p<0.001) and person-leadership fit (β=0.293, p<0.001) had a significant positive influence on harmonious work passion; person-organization fit (β=0.158, p<0.001), person-job fit (β=0.242, p< 0.001) and person-leadership fit (β=0.261, p<0.001) had a significant positive influence on obsessive work passion; (3) The results of the study showed that harmonious work passion (β=0.544, p<0.001), obsessive work passion (β=0.691, p<0.001 ) had a significant positive influence on employee creativity; (4) Harmonious work passion fully mediates between person-job fit, person-leadership fit and employee creativity, and partially mediates between person-organization fit and employee creativity; obsessive work passion is fully mediated between person-job fit, person-leadership fit and employee creativity and partially mediated between person-organization fit and employee creativity.
Exploring the impact of person-environment interactions on employee creativity enables organizations to understand how to create the right work environment and help employees to maximize their creativity, which will not only benefit the development of the organization, but also help employees to better demonstrate their value, thus achieving a win-win situation.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28452 SIU Thesis. TrustAbstract: Psychological counseling plays an important role in college students' mental health education, but there is little research on the impact of psychological counseling on College Students' mental health. There are fewer studies on the role of College Students' trust in psychological counseling. The author found that there are still some gaps in the research on the trust and effect of College Students' psychological counseling. Hill's process effect model holds that psychological counseling is a process of mutual circulation and interaction formed by the Counselor's intention, the counselor's response, visitor's response, and visitor's behavior. This process causes visitors to change and finally achieve the counseling effect. In this model, the response and behavior of visitors are determined by a person's personality traits. However, there are few studies on the relationship between personality traits and psychological counseling effects in China. Therefore, the author attempts to study this field, explore the important role of trust in psychological counseling, and provide a theoretical and practical basis for strengthening the management and effect of psychological counseling. This study attempts to study the relationship between psychological counseling trust and counseling effect through personality traits. Using the convenient sampling method, from August 2020 to December 2020, five colleges and universities in Shanxi Consulting Center randomly accepted college students' counseling. The questionnaire survey used college students' psychological counseling Trust Scale (TCS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire short-form scale Chinese Version (epq-rsc). The consultants were evaluated by the self-evaluation satisfaction scale of consulting effect.
The analysis of this study shows that there is a significant correlation between College Students' trust and personality traits, and between personality traits and the effect of psychological counseling. The ability and reliability of practitioners in trust enter the regression equation, which well explains the effect of psychological counseling; At the same time, a multiple regression analysis was made on the trust degree and counseling effect of psychological counseling mediated by personality traits. The results showed that: the practitioner competence indirectly affects the counseling effect through personality traits, and the proportion of mediating effect in the total effect is 9.07% However, industry standardization and goodwill found that the total effect was not significant in the process of intermediary effect test and Sobel test, so the intermediary effect of personality traits in industry standardization and goodwill in predicting counseling effect was not significant. Therefore, personality traits do play an intermediary role between counseling trust and counseling effect. Consulting trust can directly affect the consulting effect, or it can affect the consulting effect through other intermediary variables.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28451 SIU Thesis. [LCSH]Human resource managementKeywords: State-Owned Commercial Banks, Competency Model of First-Line Managers, Job Performance, Work Engagement Abstract: As the basic human resources, the first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks are not only the organizers and coordinators of enterprise production, but also the "vanguard" of the enterprise's struggle in the front line of the enterprise. The composition and development of their competencies are important factors that affect the development of state-owned commercial banks. In addition, the work performance of first-line managers is also one of the important factors affecting the development of state-owned commercial banks, and competency is naturally inseparable from work performance. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to effectively screen and refine the competency of first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks, establish a leadership competency model of first-line managers in state-owned commercial banks with Chinese characteristics, and explore its relationship with job performance on this basis.
This paper consists of five objectives: (1) to build the competency model for first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks and to compile a competency table for first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks, (2) to study the relationship between the competence of first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks and their work performance, (3) to discuss the relationship between the competency of first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks and job involvement, (4) to explain the relationship between job involvement and job performance of first-line managers in state-owned commercial banks, and (5) to reveal the path and mechanism of the impact of the competency of first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks and its various dimensions on work performance. The mixed research method was adopted in this paper. Conduct qualitative research first, then complete quantitative research. Samples consisted of 20 interviewees from state-owned commercial banks during qualitative research stage. Semi-structured interviews were adapted to collect data and the competency model of first-line managers of Chinese state-owned enterprises was constructed through the grounded theory. Take the first-line managers of five state-owned commercial banks in GX autonomous region as samples during quantitative research stage. 452 valid questionnaires were collected, and descriptive statistics and structural equation model were carried out.
This paper has the following research conclusions: Firstly, the competency model of first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks includes five dimensions, including motivation, values, personal characteristics, ability and knowledge, and 21 measurement items. Secondly, the sampling of research samples is reasonable. Through the descriptive statistics and normality test of the survey samples, it is found that the distribution of the research objects is reasonable, and the research conclusions will be representative and generalizable. Thirdly, the correlation of research variables is high and the regression effect is significant. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is found that independent variables such as competency of first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks and intermediate variables such as work engagement have high correlation and significant regression effect on research variables such as task performance and situational performance. Fourthly, work engagement has a significant mediating effect. Through the structural equation model analysis of the functional mechanism of the variables, it is found that work engagement has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between the competency and job performance of the first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28456 SIU Thesis.
Through the structural equation model analysis of the functional mechanism of the variables, it is found that work engagement has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between the competency and job performance of the first-line managers of state-owned commercial banks.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28456 Hold

Knowledge TransferAbstract: Based on the people-oriented philosophy of Marxism, this dissertation discusses the cultivation of outstanding national innovative talents under the background of the B&R and the guidance of the Development program of China's Education Modernization 2035 from the perspective of virtue, and talent cultivation in universities. It focuses on cultivating innovative talents with good ideological and political accomplishment as a concrete aspect of the task of moral education in universities. This research reflected the effectiveness of the synergy educational model of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education on students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability in universities and colleges. This paper mainly analyzes the synergy education model of the two kinds of education by relying on the “one body two wings interaction” teaching model, and thinks and explores the overall system construction of the mediating effect of knowledge transfer between the synergy education model and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
In order to ensure the rigor and scientific of the research, this paper uses a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The qualitative research in this study mainly adopts literature research method, semi-structured in-depth interview method, multidisciplinary research method, core concept structure method and comparative analysis method. Among them, the semi-structured in-depth interview method not only selects 20 experts, scholars and personnel of enterprises and institutions in related fields, but also selects 17 students as interview objects. In addition, the quantitative study adopted the method of online questionnaire survey, with a total population of 850,000 and a sample size of 400. Questionnaires (1531) were actually collected and 1493 were effective. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 97.5%.
Based on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research, on the one hand, it proved that demographic variables (except the only child) have partial or all significant influence on innovation and entrepreneurship ability (students). On the other hand, the empirical study shows that each dimension of synergy education and knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on the three sub-dimensions of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. First of all, it is concluded that the synergy education model has a positive promotion effect on students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and summarizes the resource coordination and characteristic complementarity of the two wings. Secondly, the effective mediating role of knowledge transfer in synergy education is analyzed. Finally, based on the “one body, two wings interaction” teaching model, the researchers creatively developed a scale for measuring synergy education. That is to say, “one body” is moral cultivation (two criteria: feedback evaluation, value guidance), the two wings are education resources (two kinds of resources: platform utilization, dominant utility), characteristics of synergy (three characteristics: conditional, feasibility, motivative).
Four types of inadequacy in the process of synergy education are summarized, that is, attaching more importance to theoretical teaching than practical teaching; Emphasizing the universality of education and neglecting its particularity; Pay more attention to imparting knowledge than improving literacy; Focus on goal setting over factor integration. In addition, the corresponding solutions are also proposed. The feasible suggestions are put forward for the participants in the education of colleges, teachers and students respectively. Aiming at solving the problems in the above research and analysis from the dialectical logic aspects of "virtual and real", "thinking and practice", "internal and external" and "measurement and evaluation". Finally, it helps colleges and universities in Shanxi Province to play the role of advantages.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28472 SIU Thesis. Corporate PerformanceAbstract: Corporate Performance is the common focus of theoretical and practical circles. How to improve Corporate Performance is also a core issue in the field of corporate management. The research on the relationship between TMT Characteristics and Corporate Performance has long been a research hotspot in management and economic circles, but there are still differences in the existing literature on the mechanism of TMT Characteristics affecting Corporate Performance. Therefore, there is still a lot of room for research on the impact of TMT Characteristics on Corporate Performance. The personal characteristics of TMT have an important impact on the process of organizational behavior. It is necessary to give full play to the collective cognition and ability of TMT members to overcome the constraints of individual members' bounded rationality. The importance of behavior and Corporate Performance improvement process. The impact of TMT on organizational performance has been empirically tested by most scholars, but the empirical research on the mechanism of TMT's behavioral process on Corporate Performance is still in the exploratory stage.
Based on this, this paper takes Principal-agent Theory, Upper Echelon Theory, and Dynamic Capability Theory as the theoretical basis. Through the design, distribution and recovery of questionnaires, a total of 437 survey data of senior managers are collected, and a structural equation model is established to explore the influence of the mechanism of 'TMT Characteristics — TMT Behavioral Integration — Corporate Performance'.
The initial model is fitted, evaluated, and after correction, the optimal model is obtained, and the research results are analyzed in detail to draw conclusions. The main conclusions of this study are:
1) TMT Characteristics have a significant positive impact on Corporate Performance, Age, Overseas study background, Educational background, Gender all have a significant impact on Corporate Performance. The order from largest to smallest is: Age has a greater impact, Overseas study background has a moderate impact, Educational background has a moderate impact, and Gender has a moderate impact on Corporate Performance compared to the impact of Age, Overseas study background, and Educational background on Corporate Performance. minimum.
2) TMT Behavioral Integration has a significant positive effect on Corporate Performance, and Cooperative Behavior, Exchange of Information, and Joint Decision-Making all have a significant positive effect on Corporate Performance. The order from largest to smallest is: Joint Decision-Making, Exchange of Information, Cooperative Behavior.
3) TMT Characteristics have a significant impact on TMT behavioral integration, Age, Overseas study background, Educational background, Gender all have a significant impact on TMT behavioral integration.
