The officers are high satisfied with working hours and agreed that relationship with colleagues and supervisors lead them to job satisfaction. The findings also indicated that the officers at TCSD are proactive officers since the most important factor for them is to be ready for the job and assignment. Finally, they agreed that their success in high performance come from good relationships among co-workers and care from supervisors and well equipment and tools, as a result, the respondent officers are willing to remain working at TCSD and do not want to be transferred out of the division.
