It not only provides information about a product or service but also promotes creative innovation. Besides advertising, it also facilitates consumer satisfaction. The hidden fact is that no brand can progress without effective communication strategy to attract their customers or users. Big and small variety of brands nowadays laid their base on social network communication to get recognized in the target market.
Social networking sites users of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube have become a personal, product and corporate branding hub in Nepal nowadays in digital era. Every brand that exists on social networking sites has the same core features and benefits, such as the ability to create a page, share resources, add multimedia and much more. Social networking sites are filled with potential users who are mainly young adults. They spend more time in these networking sites due to heavy commercial contents, entertainment and social gathering. So, product or service communicators throng their ads in these areas with more and more interactive and with fascinating factors so that their brand identity is developed among the right choice of focused audience. Advertisers and brands uses social networking sites as the major resource for their promotion and developing brand identity among the focused market.
This thesis surveys the effectiveness of online advertising on consumer behaviour. To achieve the objectives of the study, the required data were collected through an online questionnaire. A total of 150 questionnaires were collected covering different age group, gender, occupation, education and income level. Therefore, the results and findings are totally based on respondents view point. Social media is a media which primarily used to transmit or share information with a broad audience, while social networking is an act of engagement as people with common interests associate together and build relationships. Social networks not only allow people to meet and communicate with strangers, but they also let users organize and visible their social networks. In many ways, social media has led to positive changes in the way people communicate and share information; however, it has a dark side as well. It can sometimes result in negative outcomes, some with long-term consequences. Sports AssociationsAbstract: Based on the current institutional and environmental background of the development of sports organizations in Jiangsu Province in China, this study explored the impact of social network on the performance of sports associations.
In view of the current research on social organization of sports in reality and theoretical deficiencies, the purpose of this study is to explore: (1) Impact of social network on the performance of sports associations. (2) Impact of organizational legitimacy between social network and the performance of sports associations. (3) The role of institutional environment between social network and the performance of sports associations.
On the basis of semi-structured interview survey and small-scale questionnaire survey, the questionnaire was modified and perfected. Subsequently, this study conducted a large sample questionnaire survey of 626 municipal sports associations in Jiangsu Province, adopted the simple random sampling method, and finally selected 244 valid research data of questionnaires. SPSS27.0 software was used for empirical analysis of the data, and descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used.
The findings show that: (1) Social network has a positive impact on the performance of sports associations. (2) Social network has a positive impact on the legitimacy of sports associations. (3) Organizational legitimacy has a positive impact on the performance of sports associations. (4) Organizational legitimacy plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between social network and the performance of sports associations.
