" and then to purpose the model to improve scientific researcher's improvisational behavior and the effect on their innovative performance. The respondents of this study may have a regional bias, and the four variables of researchers' heterogeneity (age, gender, industry experience, and team tenure) are relatively few, which may lead to incomplete findings. Therefore, future research will further clarify the dimensional structure of improvisational behavior, and other factors in order to better guide management practices.
