Relational EquityAbstract: Customer equity is increasingly being considered as a market-based asset that can improve financial performance and market valuation of firms. There has been a trend within organizations to design internal processes which can facilitate maximal achievement of customer equity. From a managerial perspective, it is important to know how such processes come together to influence equity perceptions of the firm’s customers. This dissertation examines the role of different types of salesperson behaviors on building and managing customer equity drivers. It is proposed that customers develop positive attitudes towards different value drivers through developed trust by different salesperson behaviors. Specifically, it is hypothesized that customer behavior affects customers’ perceptions of brand value, product value and relationship value; the customer behavior in turn is affected by different salesperson behaviors, namely, adaptive selling, customer oriented, selling oriented and un/ethical behaviors. Thus, this dissertation integrates selling behaviors literature with customer equity literature.
This dissertation builds on past literature and proposes a conceptual model using three independent variable i.e. adaptive selling, customer orientation, selling behavior and ethical behavior and with one dependent variable customer equity. Descriptive research design is used for investigating the role of salesperson as a mediator in the relationships between selling behaviors and customer equity drivers. The research design uses a dyadic sampling design where data for independent variables and dependent variables are collected from the customers of Bhatbhateni Supermarket.
The results support the meditational role of salesperson in the relationship between selling behaviors and customer equity drivers. They also support the hypothesis that different selling behaviors have different effects on customer equity drivers. This research provides significant theoretical and managerial implications. It provides the existing body of literature with a different perspective on customer equity management. Managerially, it provides newer insights to sales managers of the effects of relational selling behaviors.Curricular : BBA/MBA Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=26940 SIU IS. [LCSH]Hospital -- China
[LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Organizational Environmental, Innovative Behavior, Affective Commitment, Chinese’s Nurse Abstract: Innovation is the driving force behind the development of hospitals. Hospital innovation depends on the staff’s new concept and the staff’s innovative behavior caused by the new concept. Nurses are an essential part of hospital human resources, and their innovative behavior reflects the hospital’s innovation level and affects the hospital’s organizational performance. At present, the discussion of nurses’ innovative behavior has become a hot issue in nursing management.
According to existing research, the factors affecting the nurse’s innovative behavior could be summarized in 4 perspectives: individual characteristics, individual psychology, work characteristics, and work environment. However, researchers only select one or two variables to carry out the study or select the different dimensions of one variable for each perspective. Especially from the perspective of the organizational environment, there are very few studies.
This study adopted a mixed research design. First, qualitative methods constructed a Chinese Hospital Workplace Fun scale. Second, 450 nurses from five public hospitals in Sichuan province, China, were investigated by quantitative method to explore the impact of organizational environment on nurses’ innovative behavior and its mechanism. The findings of this study: Organizational environment had a positive impact on nurses’ innovative behavior, and affective commitment played a mediating role between the leader-member exchange, team-member exchange, workplace fun, and nurses’ innovative behavior. Organizational innovation climate positively moderated the relationship between affective commitment and nurses’ innovation behavior.
This study will further enrich the relevant theories of nurses’ innovative behavior. At the same time, it helps managers take adequate measures to the organizational environment of the hospital to stimulate innovative behavior of nurses.

Entrepreneurial Self-EfficacyAbstract: In China, entrepreneurship has become an important driving force for economic development and a national strategy. Promoting college students' entrepreneurship is an urgent need for the country to implement the innovation driven development strategy and improve economic quality and efficiency. It is an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates. Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", undergraduates' entrepreneurial activities have significant benefits for the cultivation of emerging industries, the development of regional economy and economic transformation and upgrading. As the starting point of entrepreneurial behavior research, entrepreneurial motivation has become the focus of entrepreneurial research all over the world. Although Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior, there are still some problems. For example, the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior needs to be further discussed, and the role mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in the formation of entrepreneurial behavior needs to be further studied.
Based on the theory of planned behavior and social cognition, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, 651 valid questionnaires from 6 universities in Jiangxi Province were collected in order to study the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior and discuss the intermediary role of entrepreneurial environment with the application of structural equation and regression analysis.
The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:
Firstly, this paper empirically tested the direct action path of entrepreneurial motivation on undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior. The study found that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive impact on undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial motivation could significantly promote the occurrence of undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior.
Secondly, this study introduced entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention as mediators, constructed the relationship model between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial behavior, and used bootstrap method to test the mediating effect. The results showed that entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention had significant mediating effect, and produced chain mediating effect.
Thirdly, this research constructed the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial environment, verified the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial environment, and further discussed the mechanism and impact of regulatory effect.
Fourth, it examined the background factors affecting Chinese undergraduates' entrepreneurship. The differences of background factors affecting undergraduates' entrepreneurial behavior in China were obtained. And this study found that there were no significant differences in gender, grade, major and location of family, but students from families with entrepreneurial experience were significantly affected by their parents' professional background.Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28449 SIU Thesis. It is necessary to give full play to the collective cognition and ability of TMT members to overcome the constraints of individual members' bounded rationality. The importance of behavior and Corporate Performance improvement process. The impact of TMT on organizational performance has been empirically tested by most scholars, but the empirical research on the mechanism of TMT's behavioral process on Corporate Performance is still in the exploratory stage.
Based on this, this paper takes Principal-agent Theory, Upper Echelon Theory, and Dynamic Capability Theory as the theoretical basis. Through the design, distribution and recovery of questionnaires, a total of 437 survey data of senior managers are collected, and a structural equation model is established to explore the influence of the mechanism of 'TMT Characteristics — TMT Behavioral Integration — Corporate Performance'.
The initial model is fitted, evaluated, and after correction, the optimal model is obtained, and the research results are analyzed in detail to draw conclusions. The main conclusions of this study are:
1) TMT Characteristics have a significant positive impact on Corporate Performance, Age, Overseas study background, Educational background, Gender all have a significant impact on Corporate Performance. The order from largest to smallest is: Age has a greater impact, Overseas study background has a moderate impact, Educational background has a moderate impact, and Gender has a moderate impact on Corporate Performance compared to the impact of Age, Overseas study background, and Educational background on Corporate Performance. minimum.
2) TMT Behavioral Integration has a significant positive effect on Corporate Performance, and Cooperative Behavior, Exchange of Information, and Joint Decision-Making all have a significant positive effect on Corporate Performance. The order from largest to smallest is: Joint Decision-Making, Exchange of Information, Cooperative Behavior.
3) TMT Characteristics have a significant impact on TMT behavioral integration, Age, Overseas study background, Educational background, Gender all have a significant impact on TMT behavioral integration.
