TrustAbstract: Psychological counseling plays an important role in college students' mental health education, but there is little research on the impact of psychological counseling on College Students' mental health. There are fewer studies on the role of College Students' trust in psychological counseling. The author found that there are still some gaps in the research on the trust and effect of College Students' psychological counseling. Hill's process effect model holds that psychological counseling is a process of mutual circulation and interaction formed by the Counselor's intention, the counselor's response, visitor's response, and visitor's behavior. This process causes visitors to change and finally achieve the counseling effect. In this model, the response and behavior of visitors are determined by a person's personality traits. However, there are few studies on the relationship between personality traits and psychological counseling effects in China. Therefore, the author attempts to study this field, explore the important role of trust in psychological counseling, and provide a theoretical and practical basis for strengthening the management and effect of psychological counseling. This study attempts to study the relationship between psychological counseling trust and counseling effect through personality traits. Using the convenient sampling method, from August 2020 to December 2020, five colleges and universities in Shanxi Consulting Center randomly accepted college students' counseling. The questionnaire survey used college students' psychological counseling Trust Scale (TCS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire short-form scale Chinese Version (epq-rsc). The consultants were evaluated by the self-evaluation satisfaction scale of consulting effect.
The analysis of this study shows that there is a significant correlation between College Students' trust and personality traits, and between personality traits and the effect of psychological counseling. The ability and reliability of practitioners in trust enter the regression equation, which well explains the effect of psychological counseling; At the same time, a multiple regression analysis was made on the trust degree and counseling effect of psychological counseling mediated by personality traits. The results showed that: the practitioner competence indirectly affects the counseling effect through personality traits, and the proportion of mediating effect in the total effect is 9.07% However, industry standardization and goodwill found that the total effect was not significant in the process of intermediary effect test and Sobel test, so the intermediary effect of personality traits in industry standardization and goodwill in predicting counseling effect was not significant. Therefore, personality traits do play an intermediary role between counseling trust and counseling effect. To investigate levels of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of those parenting children with cancer and make a comparison between mothers and fathers.
Background
Parenting a child with cancer is traumatic. Maternal and paternal roles and responsibilities change after the cancer diagnosis of their child, adding more stress to the lives of all concerned. The gender of the parent may have an effect on their PTSD. However, there is a lack of studies in Arabic countries on the differences between parents in their PTSD levels.
Methods
A sample of 416 biological parents (comprising 207 mothers and 209 fathers) of children with cancer in Jordan completed a demographic checklist and the PTSD Checklist Civilian (PCLC).
Results
There was a significant difference in PTSD levels between mothers and fathers, with mothers having significantly higher PTSD levels than fathers. The mean PTSD levels for mothers was M = 59.68, SD = 4.86) compared to (M = 52.76, SD = 5.81) for fathers. The magnitude of the differences in the means was very large (eta squared = 0.29). Conclusion

Implications for nursing EBP Investigating differences in PTSD between mothers and fathers in Jordan may be helpful when designing interventions to reduce the risk of PTSD. An individual parental support program is important, taking into consideration that mothers are at higher risk of PTSD, and both parents need thorough attention and care.

To investigate levels of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of those parenting children with cancer and make a comparison between mothers and fathers.
Background
Parenting a child with cancer is traumatic. Maternal and paternal roles and responsibilities change after the cancer diagnosis of their child, adding more stress to the lives of all concerned. The gender of the parent may have an effect on their PTSD. However, there is a lack of studies in Arabic countries on the differences between parents in their PTSD levels.
Methods
A sample of 416 biological parents (comprising 207 mothers and 209 fathers) of children with cancer in Jordan completed a demographic checklist and the PTSD Checklist Civilian (PCLC).
Results
There was a significant difference in PTSD levels between mothers and fathers, with mothers having significantly higher PTSD levels than fathers. The widely used Chinese Mental Health Scale was used to assess negative emotions in 294 individuals who experienced the aforementioned traumas and 124 who did not (control group). Results showed that individuals with infertility exhibited greater anxiety, depression, and solitude than the control group; bereaved parents and had greater solitude and fear than control group; and parents of children with disabilities had greater solitude than the control group. Parents who experienced the death of a child had more fear and physiological maladjustment than parents of a child with disabilities. In addition, individuals without parenting experience had higher scores on solitude, fear, and physiological disease than those with parenting experience. After controlling for demographic variables, the duration of trauma significantly negatively predicted depression in the infertile group and for bereaved parents. The results suggest that in order to prevent psychological and physiological health problems among infertile couples, parents of a disabled child, and parents who experience the death of child, family and community-based strategies should be developed and implemented. Abstract
Objectives: To develop the model of prevention for depressive disorder by Buddhist group counseling and yoga and evaluate the model implementation.
Methods: The model based on capstone project and routine to research. A total of 12 research studies were selected in this study. Major findings regarding developed Buddhist close group counseling and yoga. There are three activities, each lasting 120 minutes by nurses and volunteer. The sample included ten persons with depression and depressive disorder in the community. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics.
Results: The score of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) decreased after receiving intervention.
