The study primarily employs the KJ method to classify numerous healing toys on the market and then utilizes the Delphi method expert survey to understand the characteristics and relevant discussions of healing toys. Furthermore, it adopts a questionnaire survey to ascertain salaried workers' views on the healing effect of these toys, seeking more stress-relief channels and possibilities for them. The research results reveal that healing toys have a significant effect on alleviating the psychological stress of salaried workers. At the design level, there are differences in the preferences and feelings of salaried workers of different genders, ages, and education levels toward healing toys. Based on the research findings, this paper proposes targeted toy design and marketing suggestions. In terms of design direction, it is recommended that companies develop differentiated designs for salaried workers of different genders, ages, and education levels, taking into account consumers' personalized needs. Simultaneously, governments and social organizations can encourage enterprises to develop innovative healing toys by providing training and support, fulfilling the salaried workers' needs for caring emotions and stress relief. This study examines how new media art characteristics influence exhibition promotion effectiveness, focusing on the Guangzhou International Lighting Festival. It investigates themes, work selection, related award submissions, and evaluations of award-winning new media art works by professionals and the public. The research employs case study, literature analysis, in- depth interviews, and surveys. It analyzes views of art professionals and the public's evaluation of the Light Arts Award (Guangzhou) and Trophy of Lights (Lyon) winning works. Findings reveal new media art prioritizes media creation, and its characteristics impact audience preferences, technical application methods, and perception of humanities and technology. These characteristics also influence lighting festival promotion and the Light Arts Award (Guangzhou) evaluation criteria. The lighting art festival should serve as a platform for new concepts, with contemporary themes and deepened discussion of issues. This research can be a reference for future planning and execution of the Guangzhou International Lighting Festival and related art festivals. Historic districts can not only directly reflect the overall regional style, but also inherit urban culture through architecture, landscape and cultural relics. However, under the dual pressure of the strong impact of western culture and large-scale urban modernization, historic districts are facing problems such as the disappearance of cultural carriers and the reduction of awareness, resulting in the gradual loss of people's sense of regional identity and belonging. Under this situation, seeking the organic renewal mode of regional cultural inheritance and paying attention to development quality has become the focus of the transformation of historic districts. This study attempts to describe the current situation of the renewal of historic districts in Guangzhou and answer how to better renew historic districts. Rapid urbanization and rural development have led to the loss of traditional villages and the deterioration of the Diaolou. This study examines the concept of place memory through multidisciplinary fields such as anthropology, history, sociology, architecture, and art, and identifies the correct methods to protect the Diaolou. The research analyzes the protection status of the Diaolou and identifies the lack of integration among the 1833 Diaolou buildings in Kaiping. The investigation reveals the need for scientific research methods, data management, and cultural value research for the Diaolou. The study suggests initiating a protection and management project for the Diaolou in the buffer zone to ensure the same level of protection and management as the core area. However, funding for the project remains insufficient, and innovative financing methods are needed to carry out renovation and protection work for the Diaolou and villages. The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the cultural heritage of the Diaolou and promoting reasonable tourism development in the future. Finally, according to the research results, This paper puts forward the path to realize the sustainable development and development of the cultural and tourism integration of the residential buildings in Chaoshan and overseas Chinese townships. The research conclusion provides the basis for the cultural and tourism development of the residential buildings in Chaoshan and overseas Chinese townships.
This study is expected to provide reference for displaying contemporary Chaoshan overseas Chinese tourism style and enriching the connotation of cultural tourism. The topic selection is conducive to strengthening the regional identity, cultural cohesion and cultural confidence of Chaoshan people, and is more conducive to continuing the historical context of Chaoshan and spreading and carrying forward the Chaoshan culture. It is hoped that this study can provide an effective reference for the development of tourism in Chaoshan overseas Chinese townships, so as to transform the advantages of residential architecture tourism resources into economic advantages and further promote the development and improvement of the regional economy.Curricular : BALA/GE/MTEIL Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28663 SIU Thesis. In this study, the Concurrent Triangulation Mixture method was used to collect and analyze the data, include provides a qualitative analysis of tourist online texts and a quantitative analysis using a set of ambient spatial photos from a specific viewpoint of the district. Moreover, the results of the two studies were combined to obtain uniform results. It attempts to answer the question of what are the visual elements that affect the quality of tourists' perception of the cultural landscape of the Yongqingfang Historic District, how the proportion of visual elements of the cultural landscape in the historic districts affects the tourist's visual perception, and how the extent to which the tourist's perception changes during a walk through the historic district affects the tourist's perceptual experience. Finally, through a discussion of the aforementioned research questions, the paper summarizes the effective ways to improve the visual perception quality and assessment of the cultural landscape of historic districts by tourists and suggests some suggestions.
The results show that based on the screening of visual elements of cultural landscapes in historic districts, including material and immaterial culture, and controlling the proportion of cultural visual elements in the landscape at 50% and below, it is conducive to improving the quality of tourists' perception of cultural landscapes. The perceptual changes of multiple landscape nodes along the wandering path in the historic district, such as having a larger span of positive and negative deviation means,
a higher frequency of positive or negative deviation transitions of visual perception values, and a higher frequency of high or low transitions of visual perception values, can bring tourists a richer and more exciting emotional experience of visual perception. The research methods, results and conclusions adopted in this study can provide reference for the renewal design of historic districts and help designers to better grasp the 'figure-ground relationship' between historical and cultural elements and additional elements, which can be achieved by controlling the mean value, deviation value and perceptual rhythm of cultural visual perception in order to achieve a balance, so that the historic and cultural elements of the neighborhood are more easily viewed, recognized
and remembered by tourists.Curricular : BALA/GE/MTEIL Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28660 SIU Thesis.
