The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence Nepalese customers when using the Internet banking channel. In order to achieve this goal the Technology Acceptance Model is used as a theoretical framework to be extended with other variables derived from other models.
The research is using a random sample of bank customers from Kathmandu valley who were asked to fill in a questionnaire that was adjusted to Internet banking requirements. The results were examined by a series of statistical measures and were generalized in order to correspond to the research objective. It is demonstrated that the most important factors affecting e-banking usage among Nepalese bank customers were found to be Perceived ease of Use and complexity. Lastly, ideas for bank managers are proposed and suggestions for further research are made. | Curricular : | BBA/MBA | Record link: | http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=26927 |
