| Abstract: | Many people have bad perception towards low cost carriers in the regard with services. They perceived that being low cost carriers, the airline would cut unnecessary costs, which caused the airline providing low service quality. There are many low cost carriers in Thailand, such as, AirAsia (Thailand), Nok Air, and One- Two-Go Airlines. They are very competitive in term of airfare (price war). However, services of the airlines are one of the key strategies to maintain their customer’s loyalty.
