In depth interview SWOT analysis | | Abstract: | This paper will investigate and study the representative universities in Guangdong from the perspective of discipline construction, so as to get the current situation and basic picture of music science and technology discipline in Guangdong. Discipline construction, as far as its definition is concerned, is to invest certain human, material and financial resources into certain knowledge research fields to carry out scientific planning and specific construction of relevant discipline points and discipline systems centered on academic activities. Its specific contents involve three aspects: one is the construction of academic team; the second is scientific research and personnel training activities; the third is the environment and conditions of discipline activities. Therefore, this paper will focus on the professional construction, curriculum construction, hardware construction and teaching staff construction of music science and technology discipline in Guangdong universities. Through the statistics of survey data of relevant universities and in-depth interviews with leaders of relevant disciplines, this paper will use the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview, comparative analysis, case analysis SWOT analysis and other research methods, get the overall appearance of the discipline construction of music science and technology in Colleges and universities in Guangdong, and put forward suggestions from the perspective of sustainable development.
