Abstract:	Based on the research results of entrepreneurship education, this paper combines the theory of planned behavior, triadic reciprocal determinism and empirical learning theory, and takes Heilongjiang Province university students as the research object. By means of questionnaire survey, this paper explores the internal relationship among entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial behavior of university students. The research objectives of this study: Explore the main content of college students' entrepreneurial learning; Explore the mechanism and effect of entrepreneurial learning on college students' entrepreneurial behavior; Explore the influence mechanism of different contents of entrepreneurial learning on college students' entrepreneurial ability; Explore the role of entrepreneurial ability in college students' entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial behavior. The formal questionnaire was determined by small sample test, and descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model test were performed on 552 valid sample data collected by the formal questionnaire using SPSS and AMOS. Empirical results show that: Entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial ability. Entrepreneurial ability has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial ability plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial behavior. Finally, based on the actual research and experimental results in the research process, this paper puts forward suggestions from the government, society, schools and individual college students. The limitations and prospects of this study are summarized.
