Retention RateAbstract: This research presents the development of student support service procedures to enable educational institutions to use as a guideline to integrate centralized services to support students who have problems affecting graduation in the curriculum by developing Student Support Service Workflow Information System (SSS WIS), consisting of (1) student information collection system for analyzing the problems that will occur in various areas as follows: learning, financial, health, social and psychological aspects; (2) notification system and appointment for students to solve problems; (3) monitoring system to solve problems for students for student troubleshooting.
The results from the study found that the Student Support Service Workflow Information System (SSS WIS) has the ability to perform tasks in order to provide student support services systematically.
