The methodologies for this study are descriptive analysis and hypothesis test (T-test) by using primary sources from population target in Amata Industrial Estate and Leam Chabang Industrial Estate. In the study conducted survey and depth interview from professionals in Industry.
According to the research results, the researcher found that area gives the important about transfer unnecessary activities to expert to support their business which this factors is very important for decision about factors influencing enhancement logistics service providers. However the results also shown the significant of service quality factors to improve and enhance logistics performance for Thailand industry in Amata Industrial Estate and Leam Chabang Industrial Estate which is Tangible factor related the physical facilities and appearance of personal characteristics.
