Regional Cooperation of Higher EducationAbstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a comparative analysis of the main objectives of Chinese students’ programs in leading Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) of Thailand. As Chinese students occupy the lion share of international students in Thailand, both public and private HEIs adjusted different programs to follow this trend. And Shinawatra University (SIU) has no exception; a new college named Huaxia was founded in 2016 to meet the escalating demand from Chinese international students. This study initiated to interview all the Chinese students of the pilot program in Huaxia College and analysis the management compared to the same likes programs in other Thai HEIs. And the feedback and recommendations of learning satisfaction survey from the pilot program students of SIU and other Thai HEIs could inspire the following enrollment and management of Huaxia College.
