The survey research distributed the survey questionnaire to population to consisted 400 respondents and analyzed the data collected and hypothesis test by mean of application of Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) for window version 17.0 finding the result are follow: The demographic factors of sample from Shinawatra University member is no significance with e-book satisfaction. The result from Sub-hypothesis 1.1 to Sub-Hypothesis 1.6 illustrated gender, age, member, faculty, year, and salary of Shinawatra University member are key affected e-book satisfaction.
