Investment Opportunity | Abstract: | The purpose of this study is focus on key factors for Hotel investment in Myanmar so that foreign investors for investing Hotel Business. Hotel & Tourism business growth with appropriate marketing strategies according to the condition of tourism industry in Myanmar which is becoming the emerging tourist destination for international travelers keen to experience. This study shows about the current condition of booming in tourism sector, weakness in Hotel business, the imbalance between tourist arrival and hotels available with figures, describe destinations which have got the shortage number of the current conditions in Hotel, analysis the appropriate marketing strategies for foreign investors including, SWOT and SLEPT analysis, BCG Matrix on Hotel Tourism Industry and Investment procedures , rules and regulation. Most of data in this study is mainly from Union of Myanmar Travel Association (UMTA) , Myanmar Hotelier Association.
