Salaried workers,Abstract: This study aims to explore the role and impact of character-derived products conveying caring emotions in alleviating stress. The study primarily employs the KJ method to classify numerous healing toys on the market and then utilizes the Delphi method expert survey to understand the characteristics and relevant discussions of healing toys. Furthermore, it adopts a questionnaire survey to ascertain salaried workers' views on the healing effect of these toys, seeking more stress-relief channels and possibilities for them. The research results reveal that healing toys have a significant effect on alleviating the psychological stress of salaried workers. At the design level, there are differences in the preferences and feelings of salaried workers of different genders, ages, and education levels toward healing toys. Based on the research findings, this paper proposes targeted toy design and marketing suggestions. In terms of design direction, it is recommended that companies develop differentiated designs for salaried workers of different genders, ages, and education levels, taking into account consumers' personalized needs. Simultaneously, governments and social organizations can encourage enterprises to develop innovative healing toys by providing training and support, fulfilling the salaried workers' needs for caring emotions and stress relief.
