[LCSH]Digital mediaAbstract: In the digital age, new media art emerges as an evolving art form due to rapid technological advancement and unprecedented perceptions. This study examines how new media art characteristics influence exhibition promotion effectiveness, focusing on the Guangzhou International Lighting Festival. It investigates themes, work selection, related award submissions, and evaluations of award-winning new media art works by professionals and the public. The research employs case study, literature analysis, in- depth interviews, and surveys. It analyzes views of art professionals and the public's evaluation of the Light Arts Award (Guangzhou) and Trophy of Lights (Lyon) winning works. Findings reveal new media art prioritizes media creation, and its characteristics impact audience preferences, technical application methods, and perception of humanities and technology. These characteristics also influence lighting festival promotion and the Light Arts Award (Guangzhou) evaluation criteria. The lighting art festival should serve as a platform for new concepts, with contemporary themes and deepened discussion of issues. This research can be a reference for future planning and execution of the Guangzhou International Lighting Festival and related art festivals. [LCSH]Singing --Instruction and studyKeywords: Vocal Music Psychology, Vocal Technique, Vocal Performance Abstract: Vocal music learners and workers can only have a more comprehensive understanding of their psychological and physiological states during singing by following the general rules of vocal music psychology and combining them with their own individual rules. Only by analyzing the positive and negative psychological states that arise in singing from a professional perspective and mastering good psychological regulation methods can one truly find effective ways to improve one’s professional abilities. From a historical perspective, it has been nearly forty years since Xu Xingxiao proposed the establishment of the discipline of vocal music psychology in 1987. During this period, research on Chinese vocal music psychology has achieved certain results. However, from a practical point of view, at present, most domestic vocal music teachers still pay more attention to skill training than psychological education in the process of vocal teaching. They focus on physiological training and pay less attention to psychology. Some teachers recognize the important role of psychological guidance in vocal teaching, but they mainly rely on experience teaching and have not yet formed a complete and systematic guidance system.
Based on this understanding, this research takes the vocal technique processing and performance of works in vocal music singing as the research object, and uses qualitative research and quantitative research based on the research perspective of vocal music psychology to investigate the vocal technique processing and performance of works of singers in the perspective of vocal music psychology. Use research methods such as literature review, historical research, comparative analysis, and music aesthetics to examine the specific factors that affect the vocal technique processing of singers and the performance of works. Through surveys and interviews with vocal music learners, vocal music teachers, and expert professors,
combined with existing research results, this paper analyzes and discusses the psychological factors that affect the vocal technique processing and performance of works by singers. It is believed that imagination, memory, attention, personal emotions, and personal willpower can have an impact on the questions involved in this study. By collecting first-hand information and data through the distribution of questionnaire surveys, and analyzing the research data, it has been proven that the five independent variables mentioned above are closely related to the performer’s vocal technique processing and performance. On this basis, analyze the psychological process and individual psychological characteristics of vocal performers in the specific singing process, discuss the role of vocal performance psychology in performers’ practice and singing, and explain how to combine the principles and methods of vocal music psychology with vocal practice.
This study aims to conduct an in-depth exploration of the principles and methods of vocal music psychology, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for current vocal practice. Vocal practice requires continuous absorption of new theories, concepts, and methods in order to generate more high-level teaching and performance talents in the future world.Curricular : BALA/GE/MTEIL Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28678 SIU Thesis. Couperin, Rameau, Scarlatti and so on. With the decline of Baroque music and the emergence of piano, the harpsichord was also eliminated by history. In the 20th century, the harpsichord was rediscovered and became one of the important instruments for playing Baroque keyboard music. With the parallel development of the harpsichord and piano, there has been a dispute between “retro” and “modern” performance aesthetics. When playing Baroque keyboard music, which instrument to use has become an important issue. It is generally believed that the piano conforms to the aesthetic concept of modern people, and playing baroque keyboard music on the piano is conducive to the wide dissemination of these works; the harpsichord is of great significance to reproduce the original appearance of the work.
This paper takes the Retroalism and Modernism in the Baroque keyboard music performance as the main line, and uses qualitative and quantitative research to investigate the history and current situation of the current Baroque keyboard music performance style. Using the methods of literature research, historical research, music analysis, comparison and music aesthetics, this paper examines the style differences of various performance versions. Through the investigation and interview of piano learners, piano teachers, experts and professors, combined with the existing research results, this paper analyzes and discusses the performance style of Baroque keyboard music, the performance characteristics of harpsichord and piano in Baroque keyboard music, and the artistic and academic values of retro and modern schools.
Through analysis and comparison, the five independent variables of musical instrument, music score, historical view, performer and performance skill have obvious influence on performance style. In the practice of music, the selection and application of instruments, scores and playing techniques by retroalism and modernism are not completely opposite. The performance style of Baroque keyboard music presents a diversified scene in contemporary times. In view of the trend of the times, music schools in all regions of China should actively introduce the harpsichord, offer elective or specialized courses on harpsichord, study in depth the various performance styles of Baroque keyboard music, learn from the performance techniques of harpsichord, learn new musical performance concepts, constantly innovate performance styles, and cultivate diverse and high-level performance talents.Curricular : GE Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28680 SIU Thesis. Rapid urbanization and rural development have led to the loss of traditional villages and the deterioration of the Diaolou. This study examines the concept of place memory through multidisciplinary fields such as anthropology, history, sociology, architecture, and art, and identifies the correct methods to protect the Diaolou. The research analyzes the protection status of the Diaolou and identifies the lack of integration among the 1833 Diaolou buildings in Kaiping. The investigation reveals the need for scientific research methods, data management, and cultural value research for the Diaolou. The study suggests initiating a protection and management project for the Diaolou in the buffer zone to ensure the same level of protection and management as the core area. However, funding for the project remains insufficient, and innovative financing methods are needed to carry out renovation and protection work for the Diaolou and villages. The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the cultural heritage of the Diaolou and promoting reasonable tourism development in the future.
