Organizational support | | Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between Higher Vocational College Teachers' competency, organizational support and job performance, build relevant theoretical dimensions, and build relevant scales. The purpose is to help the managers of similar Chinese higher vocational colleges provide effective reference in the management of higher vocational teachers. The researchers established three related variable dimensions and seven items through interviews and questionnaire collection, and analyzed the questionnaire samples on the relevant Chinese software. The results show that there is a positive correlation between Chinese Higher Vocational Teachers' competency, organizational support and job performance. Conclusion higher vocational colleges should pay attention to teachers' competence and organizational support.
