| Keywords: | Entrepreneurial ability, Business model design, Company performance, Environment munificence | Abstract: | The objectives of this research were to 1) To study the relationship between entrepreneurial ability and company performance.2) To study intermediary role between business model design and entrepreneurial ability and company performance.3) the influence of business model on company performance under the adjustment of environment munificence. The samples were new companies in Shanghai. The research instrument was a semi-constructed questionnaire developed based on the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial ability. Data were collected from new companies in Shanghai using snowball sampling methods. The research employed descriptive and inferential statistics including the Independent Samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA to test variables and to test the hypothesis.
