Corporate ReputationAbstract: In recent years, the research on corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention from the academic community and has gradually been implemented in corporations. As to whether corporations should perform social responsibilities, relatively rich research conclusions and experience summaries have been formed. These studies and practices help us understand the relationship and influence between CSR behavior and stakeholders, but research on how CSR performance affects corporate reputation and how it affects the behavioral response process of potential employees is still very limited. The premise of potential employees' response to CSR performance is perceived CSR, and the process of perceived CSR affecting the job intention of potential employees is affected by many factors.
Based on this, this research takes the impact of perceived CSR on job intention of potential employees as the mainline of research, pays attention to the process and intermediate links of CSR value realization, and focuses on the important role of perceived CSR, using the stakeholder theory, organizational identification, signaling theory, and attribution theory. As a basis, a conceptual model of the relationship between potential employees, corporate reputation, job intention of potential employees, CSR awareness, CSR attention, and CSR credibility was constructed, and 10 research hypotheses were put forward.
Use research methods that combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and use literature research, in-depth interviews, and questionnaire surveys to obtain primary survey data. The data is processed and analyzed through statistical analysis software such as SPSS27, AMOS27, and descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis, mediating effect analysis, moderating effect analysis and other methods are used to finally draw the following research conclusions: 1) potential Employees have a direct and positive impact on job intention of potential employees. 2) Potential employees have a direct and positive impact on corporate reputation. 3) Corporate reputation has a direct and positive impact on the job intention of potential employees. 4) Corporate reputation has a mediating effect on the relationship between potential employees and job intention of potential employees. 5) CSR awareness and CSR credibility play a moderating effect in the relationship between perceived CSR and job intention of potential employees.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28477 SIU Thesis. Social CapitalAbstract: In today's context of knowledge explosion, fierce market competition and economic globalization, people's employment issues have become a hot issue of concern at present. Among the employed people, the employment problem of college students, especially those who are the foundation of the future, is the most critical. The employment of university graduates is related to the peace and stability of the country and the harmony and tranquility of society, and has always been closely watched and valued by the party and the state and all sectors of society.
At present, some experts and scholars have conducted research and discussion on the employment of college graduates mostly from a macro perspective or from the micro perspective of human capital or social capital alone, and there are relatively few in-depth, systematic and comprehensive investigations and studies on the employment of college graduates. This paper believes that the employment problems of college graduates are closely related to the individual characteristics, human capital, and social capital of individual college students, and must be comprehensively considered and analyzed.
Based on relevant theories and research methods at home and abroad, this study adopts empirical methods to systematically analyze the factors affecting the employment of university graduates in individual characteristics, human capital and social capital. The empirical method used a questionnaire survey method to select undergraduate graduates of the China Conservatory of Music from 2016 to 2019 as the respondents. For the data obtained after the investigation, the logit model constructed in this paper is used to perform regression analysis on the relevant influencing factors, so as to obtain the significance of each influencing factor. From the statistical results obtained from the empirical survey and the regression results of the logit model, the following conclusions can be drawn: among the indicators that have a significant impact on the employment employment rate, the gender in individual characteristics, the ability to work in human capital, academic performance, scholarships and vocational qualification certificates, and part-time internship experience have a high degree of influence on the employment of college students; Some factors of social capital, such as the social status of parents, employment information and opportunities, have a significant impact on the employment of university students.
The study is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the specific background of the research, the establishment of the problem, the research problem, the research objectives, the research model, the research hypothesis, the research scope and the definition of the professional words. The research methods and specific framework of the paper are juxtaposed. The second part introduces the current situation of relevant domestic and foreign research in this paper, and identifies the defects and deficiencies of existing research. The third part discusses the research methodology, data collection methods, collection processes, and research methods of data. The fourth part is the final conclusion and findings. Involving questionnaire design and testing, according to the actual situation of employment of Chinese college students, the design of the questionnaire, the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire, and the descriptive statistical analysis of the survey results, as well as the analysis of the influencing factors of college students' employment based on the 1ogit model, by constructing the logit function between the dependent variable and the independent variable, the regression analysis is carried out, and the regression coefficient of the dependent variable is obtained, so as to obtain the degree of influence of each dependent variable on employment. The last part is the conclusion of this paper, and after analyzing the results, corresponding suggestions are made to improve the employment possibility of college students, and the research prospects are put forward while summarizing the work.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28455 SIU Thesis. In order to stand out in the fierce competition, organizations cannot do without the hard work and active input of employees. On the basis of social cognitive theory, this paper introduces psychological empowerment perception as a potential intervening and moderating variable to construct a theoretical model, and explores the mechanism of humble leadership on employee engagement in Liaoning construction industry under the background of Chinese organizational culture, so as to provide theoretical and practical support for a more comprehensive explanation of the influence of humble leadership on employee job outcome variables. Humble leadership has a significant positive impact on employee engagement in Liaoning construction industry, and psychological empowerment plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between humble leadership and employee engagement. The leadership style and behavior should be effectively matched with employees' work behavior, so as to further develop the effectiveness of leadership and keep employees in a highly engaged state at work. [LCSH]PaintingKeywords: Artwork Price, Professional Painter, Consumer Buying Behavior, Chinese Flower-And-Bird Painting Abstract: With the increase of these personal incomes and the improvement of material conditions, people's pursuit of spiritual enjoyment also naturally arises, and the demand for carrier art that can meet this pursuit has also increased. How the art market operates and how artwork is priced is not only the focus of the art market participants, especially investors, but also the focus of researchers. This article studies the decision of art price from two angles of intrinsic value of art and macroeconomic factors. This study uses economic theory to analyze the nature and operation of the artwork market, and uses econometrics to analyze and discuss the characteristics of the art pricing method. It initially reveals the operation law of the artwork market and determines the impact the degree of influence of artwork prices.
On the basis of understanding the status quo of artistic creation of professional painters, this research attempts to explore whether the intrinsic value attributes and macroeconomic factors of the value of artworks will affect the creation of professional painters' artworks, and analyze whether there is a certain correlation between the two. In the process of research, it is found that the influence between the two is not direct. Adding an intermediary variable to the purchase behavior of consumers will make the influence relationship between them more complete. This paper adopts a quantitative research method to design a questionnaire suitable for this research, and selects professional painters from the representative Chinese Painting Artists Association of Shandong Province as the research object. This article also adopted the interview method, interviewing twenty senior professional painters in Qingzhou, which made the thesis more convincing.
The author collected 409 valid questionnaires, and through relevant analysis and regression analysis, it was verified that the intrinsic value attributes of art value and macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on consumer purchase behavior, and also have a significant influence on professional painters’ artistic creation. , The purchase behavior of consumers also directly affects the creative enthusiasm of professional painters. In particular, the four variables of art value, cultural value, GDP per capita, and inflation rate have the most significant impact on consumer purchasing behavior. The second is aesthetic value, money supply, exchange rate, and the correlation coefficient between interest rate and purchasing behavior is negative. This also directly affects consumers' purchasing power for artworks, and ultimately affects the artistic creation of professional painters.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28443 SIU Thesis. Entrepreneurial DecisionAbstract: Innovation is the soul of a nation and an inexhaustible driving force for the economic development of a country or region. Entrepreneurship is an effective means to realize innovation. The young generation, especially college students, is the most innovative and dynamic group. Stimulating the innovative spirit of college students and cultivating entrepreneurial consciousness have become the theme of promoting the research in the field of college students' independent entrepreneurship. With the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, the employment environment is sluggish, and the overall employment situation in China is grim. The government has formulated a series of policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses and achieved certain results. Advocating college students to start their own businesses plays an important role in relieving employment pressure and promoting local economic development.
Individual entrepreneurial passion plays an important role in the decision-making process of potential entrepreneurs, which can effectively promote the investment of individual energy, emotion, time and other factors, and at the same time can guide the generation and enhancement of entrepreneurial behavior intention, in order to enhance the identity of individuals to entrepreneurs and actively participate in entrepreneurial activities. In order to effectively analyze the entrepreneurial decision problems of individuals under the influence of entrepreneurial passion, this study takes the individual entrepreneurial passion which is easily influenced by the external entrepreneurial atmosphere as the entry point, this paper introduces entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial willingness as intermediary variables and entrepreneurial identity as adjustment variables to analyze the internal mechanism of individual entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial decision. Taking college students from nine provinces in China as research objects, this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the rationality of the questionnaire through in-depth interviews and pre-investigation by combining qualitative research and quantitative research, on the basis of interview suggestions and scale factor analysis, the questionnaire was revised and improved. Using statistical analysis software such as SPSS(IBM SPSS Statistics Base Authorized User V.27)26.0 and AMOS(IBM SPSS AMOS Authorized User V.27)23.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of the research hypothesis, regression analysis, bootstrap analysis and other empirical research methods, 23 research hypotheses proposed in this study were tested empirically.
The empirical analysis of this study draws the following conclusions: first, it tests that entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision, and the results show that innovative passion, creating passion and developing passion both have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision; Secondly, entrepreneurial commitment is an important driving factor affecting individual decision-making and has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision, the dimensions of emotional commitment, behavioral commitment and continuous commitment all have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision. In addition, it also verifies that entrepreneurial commitment plays a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision; Third, entrepreneurial willingness has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision, it partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision; Fourthly, it tests the moderating effect of entrepreneurial identity, and the results show that, entrepreneurial identity has a significant positive regulating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial willingness, while the regulating effect between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial commitment is not significant; Fifth, this paper further examines the mediation effect model of entrepreneurial identity on entrepreneurial willingness-entrepreneurial decision, and proves that entrepreneurial identity regulates the effect of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial decision through entrepreneurial willingness. This research expands the thinking of entrepreneurial decision research and provides theoretical support for subsequent research from the perspective of emotion and willingness. This study analyzes the individual internal driving factors that affect individual entrepreneurial decision, providing theoretical basis and practical support for exploring and stimulating entrepreneurial behavior and practice.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28470 SIU Thesis. [LCSH]Social SupportKeywords: University Faculty, Mental Health, Professional Competency, Social Support, Female Career Development Abstract: The development of higher education needs not only sufficient funds and necessary modern facilities, but also the most important university faculty and staff. Female university faculty are a special kind of faculty. They are a group with higher cultural level among women and play an important role in modernization and social progress. In the actual work process, female faculty are the main force of university faculty, and their performance and ability are not inferior to male faculty. However, in all countries in the world, women are still vulnerable groups in society. They are more or less discriminated in education, work and family. They are very different from male faculty in job promotion, social status and salary. The difficulties and obstacles encountered in career development affect the mental health level and life happiness of female university faculty. At the same time, these negative factors affect the professional competency and work achievement of female faculty, and will eventually affect the overall development of higher education in the world.
In this paper, the female faculty of five universities in Shanxi Province of China were given questionnaires, the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS and AMOS, and the descriptive statistical analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation model and so on were completed. Study the correlation between mental health and social support, social support and professional competency, and explore the mediating effect of social support between mental health and professional competency of female university faculty. It is hoped that the conclusion can provide inspiration and guidance for the female career dilemma, the construction and management of university faculty, the improvement and training of university faculty, and the development of faculty' mental health, and provide theoretical basis for the development of female faculty' mental health and the improvement of their professional competency.Curricular : BBA/BNS/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28441 SIU Thesis.
It is hoped that the conclusion can provide inspiration and guidance for the female career dilemma, the construction and management of university faculty, the improvement and training of university faculty, and the development of faculty' mental health, and provide theoretical basis for the development of female faculty' mental health and the improvement of their professional competency.Curricular : BBA/BNS/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28441 Hold

[LCSH]InnovationKeywords: Person-Organization Fit; Person-Job Fit; Person-Leadership Fit; Harmonious Work Passion; Obsessive Work Passion; Knowledgeable Employee; Creativity Abstract: The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the era of continuous innovation of knowledge, and knowledge has become the guiding force for enterprises to create huge profits. In this context, innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important way to help China's economic restructuring and provide new impetus for China's economic development. Promoting "dual innovation" has become an inevitable choice for China, with its huge economic volume, to promote factor flow and enhance economic efficiency. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) report, China's entrepreneurial activity is increasing year by year and has become one of the most active countries in terms of entrepreneurship. The increasing challenges faced by companies and the uncertainties in the market environment are driving companies to explore their potential in order to keep pace with the knowledge economy. If companies want to stay in this challenging environment and maintain a competitive edge, they must constantly stimulate the creativity of their employees, which is fundamental to their innovative performance. Therefore, to stimulate employees' creativity is to find strategies and methods to enhance the innovative behavior of highly knowledgeable employees.
The main objective of this paper is to conduct a theoretical and empirical study on the relationship between person-environment fit (person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-leadership fit) and employee creativity, and on this basis to explore the mediating role of work passion (harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion) on the above relationship, and finally to make suggestions and recommendations for HRM practice based on the empirical findings.
The article further translates the above research questions into the following: First, the relationship between person-environment fit and employee creativity is investigated. Based on Lewin's "field theory" and Schneider's "attraction-selection-friction" theory, this study illustrates that employee behavior is the result of the interaction between person and environmental characteristics, and explains that in the process of mutual selection between employees and organization environment, people become increasingly homogeneous. Such homogenization will bring increasingly clear organization environment characteristics and certain organization atmosphere, which in turn can affect the attitude and behavior of employees. On this basis, the study explores whether person-environment fit can enhance the creativity of knowledgeable employees, and further explores the impact of "dynamic fit" on employee creativity. Second, the relationship between work passion and employees' creativity is investigated. Based on self-determination theory, the study explores whether harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion have an impact on the creativity of Knowledge employees. Third, it explores the mediating role of harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion in the relationship between person-environment fit and knowledge employees' creativity. The elaboration of this relationship is based on Deci and Ryan's self-determination theory and empirical studies by Greguras (2009), Liu and Chen (2011) . According to Greguras (2009), person-organization fit can According to Greguras (2009), organization fit can bring about the satisfaction of three basic person psychological needs: a sense of autonomy, a sense of competence, and a sense of belonging, and the satisfaction of these three basic psychological needs can lead to the satisfaction of different levels of person motivation, and the satisfaction of motivation can lead to changes in person cognition, emotion, and behavior. Based on this logic, this paper explores the role of work passion in mediating the relationship between each variable of person-environment fit and employee creativity.
The empirical study of the above proposition takes university graduates of different levels in Shanxi Province as the sample because, in the era of knowledge-based economy, which is dominated by technological innovation, knowledge has become the guiding force for enterprises to create huge profits. At the same time, knowledge-based employees, as the carriers of knowledge, are the core of enterprises' competition, and the results they create are crucial to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, how to improve the creativity of knowledge-based employees has become the focus of scholars' research. At present, Chinese enterprises are facing various pressures brought by knowledge transformation and economic globalization, and they can only survive in the complex and fierce environment if they continuously innovate their products and services. In the study of innovation, the perspective chosen for this study is "employee creativity". This is because we are in an era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and the key to building an innovative country is to enhance the ability of technological innovation. Innovation is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to maintain their survival and competitive advantage, and almost all organizations regard innovation as the core competitiveness for sustainable development. And employee creativity is the source of organization innovation, regardless of which innovation, all the foundations come from individual creativity. The result of innovation extends from the individual to the team and finally to the organization.
The study used literature analysis method, in-depth interview method and questionnaire survey. Twenty university graduates were interviewed in depth, and 400 valid questionnaires were collected from graduates of each position. This paper uses SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the obtained data empirically through factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, bootstrap and other methods. The results showed that 15 of the 17 hypotheses proposed in this study were supported, and the main findings included: (1) Person-organization fit (β=0.150, p<0.001), person-job fit (β=0.243, p<0.001), and person-leadership fit (β=0.159, p<0.001) have a direct and significant positive influence on employee creativity; (2) Person-organization fit (β=0.149, p<0.001), person-job fit (β=0.275, p<0.001) and person-leadership fit (β=0.293, p<0.001) had a significant positive influence on harmonious work passion; person-organization fit (β=0.158, p<0.001), person-job fit (β=0.242, p< 0.001) and person-leadership fit (β=0.261, p<0.001) had a significant positive influence on obsessive work passion; (3) The results of the study showed that harmonious work passion (β=0.544, p<0.001), obsessive work passion (β=0.691, p<0.001 ) had a significant positive influence on employee creativity; (4) Harmonious work passion fully mediates between person-job fit, person-leadership fit and employee creativity, and partially mediates between person-organization fit and employee creativity; obsessive work passion is fully mediated between person-job fit, person-leadership fit and employee creativity and partially mediated between person-organization fit and employee creativity.
Exploring the impact of person-environment interactions on employee creativity enables organizations to understand how to create the right work environment and help employees to maximize their creativity, which will not only benefit the development of the organization, but also help employees to better demonstrate their value, thus achieving a win-win situation.Curricular : BBA/GE/MBA/PhDM Record link: http://libsearch.siu.ac.th/siu/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=28452 SIU Thesis.
