After completng a student-elder team QJ project nursing students journals yielded three theme. improved communication skills with Elders Becoming Intereste in The Eden alternative Principles and skilss in implementing and evaluating interprofessional interventions. Elders anecdotat comments and intervies yielded four themes Improved self care Decreased anxiety. Sense of purpose. and Sense of belonging.
