Health care organizations are working in an aggressive competitive environment. Theses days hospitals need to enhance the level of satisfaction if they want to remain in the competition with other hospitals. Patient satisfaction is basically satisfying patients' expectations and understanding their need. Patients' feedbck is the most vuluable asset to escalate the overall service quality, to enable organizational learning and development and to provide a great foreseeable opportunity. The main aims of this study was determine the patient satisfaction with the private Hospital. Methods of data collection is the semi-structure face-to-face in-depth interviews with the patients of the hospitalāš The data was content analyzed from using key selected customer who visited for consultation. From this study, it was found that patients healtcare service, laboratories service reception on staff service welfare service provided by the hospital to the patients, all formulated a significant impact on the overall patient satisfaction.
