Collaboration | | Abstract: | The Campus Symphony Orchesta is a collective music activity that cultivates students music literacy and enhances friendship and cooperation among students. However, there are some problems and difficulties in thr training and performance of the campus symphony orchesta, which affect the students music level and interest. In order to explore the causes and solution of these problems, this paper systematically compares and analyzes the relevant literature at home and aborad, and expounds the current research status of the training and performance of campus symphony orchestars from different angles. First,tha articles describes the key challenges faced by campus symphony orchestras, including technical competence, collaboration, musical expression, rehearsal effectivesness, and personal involvement. Second, the article summarizes the importane of the addressing these issues to improve students overall musical experience and educational outcomes. By improving these problems, students music progress and growth can be promotes, their satisfaction and self-confidence in music activities can be improved, their awarness and appreciation of musical beauty can be enhanced, their respect and understanding of music culture can be cultivated, and their innovation in music can be stimulated thinking and exploration. Finally, the paper outlines various strategies to address these challenges, such as personalized instrucation, collborative facilitation, personalized technical training and attention managment. Personalized teaching refers to formulating appropriate teaching objectives anf methods according to the different characteristices anf neeeds of students, so as to stimulate students initiative and enthusiasm. This article lays the groundwork for future investigations and the development of practical ways to optimize the training and performance of campus orchestras. This article hopes to provide some reference and inspiration for the teachers and students of the campus symphony orchestra, and promote the development and prosperity of the campus symphony orchestra.
