Abstract:	Participating in Industry-University-Research Institute collaboration can make full use of the innovative resources brought by the complementarity of knowledge, so as to develop their respective core competencies and competitive advantages. This paper builds and verifies the theoretical model of " IUR collaboration network-organizational learning-Core competitiveness" from the perspective of academic teams of academic institutions,a questionnaire was designed to obtain the data of the collaboration network, organizational learning , Core competitiveness of the academic teams. Through the empirical investigation of the academic team in the Yangtze river delta region of China, the data were collected. Then regression analysis is used to verify the hypothesis and theoretical model, and makes some useful empirical explorations to open the "black box" between the IUR collaboration network and the Core competitiveness of organizations. The research shows that : the IUR collaboration network have four network characteristics of the IUR collaboration have a significant impact on the Core Competitiveness of the research team in the process of participating in IUR collaboration,further enrich the existing empirical research on IUR cross-organizational collaboration.
