Abstract:	Falls and related injury are the most frequently reported adverse events in the hospital setting. A comprehensive fall reduction injury prevention toolkit was implemened on two medical-surgical units over 6 moths. Results of this quality improvement project suggest infrastructure and capacity can be enhanced through structure progran evaluation.
