This study focus on people who realize how important the health and wellness in today’s society. Nowadays the working life can be considered very hectic and stressful. People search for places to relax and recharge themselves. Spas aim to be these places of respite, offering relaxation, treatments, pampering et cetera (International Spa Association 2013). Therefore, finding a quiet place is also a way for women to get away from the daily hassles and rejuvenating. People of all ages are starting to have higher demands that empower them to take part in new lifestyles such as spa visits. People from almost every income class are now making use of various kinds of spa treatments, and some of the treatments that are used today include massage, aromatherapy, facials, body treatment, hot or cold stone therapy, reflexology, yoga and other services. The spa industry is a new and growing phenomenon showing a clear increase during the last decades.
